You're "only" about 9 weeks...ok, well your BABY'S heart started beating 4 weeks ago and can be heard with a doppler. His/her hands and toes are visible, the liver, spleen and gallbladder are forming and baby is making spontaneous movements. BTW, at the moment of conception, you've created a human life and he/she IS a baby. Just because it's a tiny, developing life doesn't make it any less valuable or real. I'm against abortions 100% regarding any and every circ_mstance, and it disgusts me that you're so flippant about using it as a method of birth control. Do you even know anything about an abortion? If you went in there to have one and they gave you an ultrasound first so that you were seeing and hearing the little life you're about to kill, could you still go through with it? I know you're confused and obviously think you're in the right and that this whole situation is on the up and up, but seriously listen to us. This man is 34, sleeping with a just turned 15 year old. He doesn't want you to say anything because it's "not their business" when in reality he's trying to guard his rear because he knows it's illegal. He was married for 7 years and left his wife for a 12 year old little girl (you). You don't see him much, but when you do you have s_x. Do you ever just sit and talk or is your "relationship" only physical? if this is real the pill does cause some weight gain but if you eat right you probably won't. look i'm not trying to make you mad but if this guy is your dads friend is he your dads age? i don't know about anyone else but if you want to be with a guy your dads age thats kind of sick how would you feel if your dad got with one of your friends but she said it was ok because she loved him that would probably gross you out. if it doesn't something is wrong with you. this guy is only with you because he has a problem he needs to get help he is going to get caught and is going to go to jail. if you really love him you need to break it off. if you still feel the same way when your 18 go for it. i'm not trying to make excuses for him he is a sick man. there is no reason a man that much older than you should have anything to do with you. but anyways for you i would suggest the depo shot i lost 30 lbs when i got on it and you only have to get it every 12 weeks. you don't need a kid this young or with him get on some form of bc. i'm def not for abortion but i think in this case you need it you are not ready to become a mother you aren't even mature enough to see he is just using you. you are not ready for the responsibilty.

People tell themselves it's just "a blob of tissue", "ma__s of cells" and whatever else because it makes them feel better about themselves when they walk into a clinic to murder their child. I know there are girls on here who are for abortion or who've had one (or several), but the cold harsh truth is that it's legalized murder. You made the decision to not use any protection, you made a baby and that baby has a right to life. When I mentioned an ultrasound machine, I didn't say that they DO do that. I wish they would. I wonder how many babies would have been given the gift of life if the "mothers" had to take a good look at what they were destroying first. What I asked you was if they DID do that, and you saw your baby if you would still be able to go through with an abortion. I'm really not sure now if this post is real or not, but if it is it's extremely alarming. Get off the computer, tell a responsible adult and get help. Look into adoption agencies and don't end your child's life because of your irresponsible choices.

Kiersten - I am one of those girls who had an abortion. Just getting that out of the way. I have a child now and I remain to be pro-choice. Pro "choice", not pro-abortion. I would absolutely never in a million years ever have an abortion again (unless I was raped, maybe. Still not sure about that one.) I just think it's not my choice to make for that person. I always try to steer people away from it if I can, while still allowing all of their options to be open to them. That having been said, I 100% agree with you that women should see an ultrasound of their child before they have an abortion. I think that's the best idea I've heard in a while. So many lives would be saved. I hope that's on the voting ballots next election. keirsten no one is here to debate abortion. You are right to your opinion, however if everyone did adoption then all those children who still not have homes, because the sad truth is that foster homes and the system is over flowing with kids they can't place. Its up to the mothers to decide whether or not their life can bring a baby into the world. Not yours.

My reply was directed to Sweet*** ,not to start a debate. In a perfect world people would practice abstinence until marriage and would be responsible and provide good homes for their children so that there would be no overflowing system. However, we don't live in a perfect world. I guess I fail to understand the difference between pro-choice and pro-abortion. I'm not asking for a clearly outlined definition...just stating that I think they're the same. I've never seen a pro-choice person giving the other side of things to a girl. It's all about abortion.
