30 Weeks Cramps And Diahorrea

Hi there
I wonder if this sounds familiar to anyone else.
I am just 30 weeks pregnant and over the last few days have been suffering with diahorrea and cramps esp during the night. Im extremely tired due to lack of sleep and feel nausea today.
Has this happened to anyone else?
