36 Weeks Can I Ask To Be Induced

i had my first son all natural on his due date.
im 36 weeks pregnant with my second son and i want to be induced after 37 weeks because:
1. hes so low i can feel his head between my pelvic bones and if i bend at all the pain is unbearble
2. im dizzy all the time and have fainting spells (im not dehydrated)
3. i have this feeling every now and then where it feels like my throat is closing up and i cant breath which stresses the h__l out of me.
4. im so stressed right now and March 2 is going to be a REALLY bad day for me. its the aniversery of my first sons SIDS death last year.
will my doctor induce me(once hes outa premie stage) if i ask?
