Cervix Postition Question

Hi Ladies, I"m in my 33rd week, and i cant' feel my cervix at all. so I decided to do some digging, and can't tell if that means it's high and closed and no time soon is labor imminent (which is a good thing) or does that mean that the cervix has thinned so you can't feel it and that equals certain effacement. in all the reading that's the thing that i'm still confused about. any light??

its probably up high to where you can't reach it, i've tried feeling for it and can't reach it.
