Hey all as we know Sarah had the baby but she emailed me asking me to post the email from her mother This is Sarah's mom writing. Miss Claire Michelle Shaw arrived unexpectedly 11:50PM on 3-29-08. Sarah hadn't been feeling well so she went to the birthing center where she was planning a birth with her midwife. When the heartbeat was found it was double what it was supposed to be so they were rushed off to the hospital. An hour later Sarah went in for a Cesarean because the heart beat remained over 200 beats per minute. She is still in the NICU this morning with some heartrate problems, though it had been okay all night. She is now on medication that is controlling her heartrate and a Pediatric Cardiologist is on the way in. Sarah is of course feeling sad and cheated that she cannot be with Claire. Daddy Chris has been there all night feeding Claire and loving on her. He's been great! The two girls will be reunited later today when Sarah is allowed to get out of bed. Please keep her in your prayers- she is strong and courageous but so disappointed! I'll send a picture of the new family when we are able to get one. She is at Scott and White hospital in Temple, Texas, room 302 and the number here is 254 724-7666 or her cell is 254 60-7379. My cell is 254 338-0190

Sarah, I sent you an email but CONGRATS!! Our last little March angel is here!! Wishing you a speedy recovery and hugs to Baby Claire. May God bless and protect her! I haven't been on in a while so I'll try to catch up. Mahagen, congrats on Kannon, I enjoyed your birth story. Kristin, sounds like Kayden is growing like a weed and doing great. We're no longer limiting our feeding with Ford. His gas has cleared up and he's back to eating like a champ. April, sorry you're having trouble with b___stfeeding. I feel your pain!! Sounds like little Jack is doing great anyway. We're still eating off one b___st but it seems to be enough thank goodness. I have a good friend who lives in Utah that is a pediatrician and she said to keep on with the one b___st as long as I can. I look so lopsided and worried about it forever. Now, I just think of it as no big deal. I can always stuff that side of my bra!! Ha ha! Erica, I am so jealous that Hannah has already slept through the night. We are still feeding every 2-3 hours but actually had a 4 hour stretch last night!!! I woke up and realized he had gone that long & checked to see if he was still breathing! But that's ok, we're still on b___stmilk only. I'm sure when I start giving him a little cereal, he'll sleep longer. Val, congrats on Wyatt! Astra, congrats on Ethan!! Robyn, Justin is such a cutie. Hey ladies.. I made a thread over on infant care.. I thought since we all now have babies.. thats where we should be. CONGRATS SARAH.. Im so happy to know that youre doing okay, and that tomorrow you might get to feed her. Im going to pray that everything turns out okay and her heart rate stays in a good realm. I hope you recover quickly! ASTRA: Congrats on your beautiful baby boy. I love his name!! Im glad that everything is going well! BRANDY: Glad that you dont have to restrict Ford anymore.. that must have been so hard. ERICA: Kayden seems to be like Hannah.. He sleeps all night. He eats at 12 and then at 5 he wakes for another feeding.. so he gives us a good amount of sleep.. after he eats he goes right back to sleep. Gotta love that! I hope all of the babies are doing well. SURPRISE!!!! :-) Demond Bronshay Chavers, Jr. "DJ" entered the world on March 26th at 3:11 pm...healthy and handsome :-) I am so happy and blessed ladies.I had a good labor and it was a wonderful experience. I miss you ladies and i have been thinking of you...now i cant give the entire birth story today but i wanted to share the news and im just now getting to a computer. I will email pics and check on my myspace :-) OH...DJ lost 4 oz. when he was born and weighed 6.5 well today at his doctors appt. he weighed in at a whopping 6.15 lbs !!! Im BFing and he has a big appet_te :-)
