I just wanted to give a tip to those of you who have trouble breathing through your nose at night. It was getting so bad for me that I would continually wake up with dry mouth and need to drink water. On the advice of a friend I started using Breathe Right strips (a plastic strip that you put on nose bridge) to great success. I can actually breathe again and am sleeping through the night. I also use a humidifier which is helping as well. Just thought you'd like to know if you're going through the same issue. :)

I'll bet these would be good during labor too, with all the breathing that goes on there. I know lots of athletes use these during sporting events. Good suggestion!

Hey guys...I am getting over asthmatic bronchitis and a sinus infection so it was hard to breathe both ways and I was about to start having panic attacks (since I'm clostraphobic) until my husband realized we had VICKS BABY RUB in our 1 yr old's drawer...and after the dr said that the BABY RUB (not the normal rub) was ok I rubbed it under my nose and actually slept pretty good that night! Also a suggestion!

It does help with snoring. I have been buying them for dh for years because of his snoring but I've been using them this pregnancy because I also cant breath through my nose as soon as I lay down. I wear one every night and it works great!
