Hey ladies! I am 31 weeks and the last couple of weeks I feel thirsty all the time. No matter what I drink I cannot quinch my thirst! Anyone else have this problem and is it bad?

I'm 37 weeks, and I have been constantly thirsty since the beginning of this pregnancy. I carry around a water bottle all day long. Just be sure you're drinking plenty of fluids, at least 8-10 8-ounce gla__ses of water per day. And stay away from too much caffeine, since it's a diuretic and causes you to lose water. I'm pretty sure the constant thirst is normal. I tend to crave fruit juice, too, which seems to help with the thirst.

Yeah, it's totally normal. (Have you been tested for gestational diabetes yet? Just because that can be a symptom. Likely isn't though!) At this stage of pregnancy you have to maintain a lot of amniotic fluid, and that's why you get thirsty. Just keep a water bottle with you, and you'll get used to it. Keeping yourself well hydrated helps you feel better, and can even help keep swelling down. So, if your body says you're thirsty, drink away! (I find drinking fruit juice helps for me too...I alternate between water and juice.) Good luck!

If it has just appeared I would say that it sounds like gestational diabetes. I've been really thirsty like ACG said and never go anywhere without my water bottle but it's been like that since the beginning. It gets pretty annoying.
