When Do I Need To Go To The Hospital

Im 39 weeks and 3 day and im dialated to a 4? should i head to the hospital or just wait and see if anything else happens?

Hey, I say wait until contractions start, for they should start soon. That or if your water breaks by itself. I had my baby two weeks ago (two weeks early) and I did the same thing. The contractions started about a day later, but I still didn't have my baby the first time I went to the hospital. But believe me, when it's time to go, you'll no!!
