Sarah it sound like you got a lot of stuff from your babyshower. OMG I hear ya about the onesies and how many your lo has now. My dd was the same and I still never got to get her in some of her clothes because she had so much. I kind of over did it when I went garage saleing one day, yikes. When my dd was born it was just starting to get cold so I just put onsies under everything including her pajamas. I too need to still get the bedding for my new baby son who will be here soon. I figured that he will be in his ba__sinett for a little bit then I will definitely need that bedding. I wish I could us my dd bedding but we got girl bedding with b___terflies and flowers so that won't work. We tried to get neutral bedding but my mother in law insisted on girl bedding which I can't complain. Anyways I am feeling the same way as everyone else with the whole dropped belly which it happend to me back at 27 weeks or so and it folding over my bikini line, feels like I always have the poor baby's head grinding on my tailbone/pelvis area and the constant switching of my hips that are just floating, ugh. My dh who is just so sweet gave me a kiss this morning before he left like he usually does and I mentioned that it hurt so bad, he got me a tylenol and water on his own. I took it and it really helped alot. It eased off some of the pain. Thanks Sarah for the pics, I'm on my way to look at them!! I'm so excited!!!

OMG everyone's belly and your babies are all just sooo cute. I am scared to take a picture of my belly since it is all stretched and huge. Looking at those pictured of everyone's babies makes me so much more anxious. WOW I am just that more excited to have my lo. April tomorrow is guaranteed your given day for a new baby, YEAH!!!! Hopefully we will have more babies born soon too. I have my next appointment Friday on leap day. I need to let the doctor know how much pain I am in and have him check me since I am not due to be checked until my 39th week. I have only been checked 1 time since the first initial check-up. I have been getting so much pressure and pain that it at times is just sooo unbearable. I hope somthing is starting to begin the process. Cross your fingers.

Hey, girls. I just got back from yoga and a pedicure, and I feel so relaxed. The pedicure did wonders for my aching feet, not to mention they look a lot better, since I can't really reach them to do anything with them anymore. Astra - Some of my internals have been painful and some not, but all were short and bearable. Sarah - I have a ton of onesies, too! They're just so inexpensive and cute. Mahagen - It sounds like you're in a lot of pain. I hope it gets better for you soon. I've had some pelvic pain - lil boy's had his head buried in my cervix for the past 4 wks - but nothing like what you described. 'Glad you have a sweet dh to take care of you. - April

Well ladies i am back from my appt... nothing has really changed except she has dropped some.. still 1cm dilated and 50% effaced... she said don't keep track of my contractions until they start stopping me in my tracks otherwise i'll drive myself nuts with marking them down... It was SO cute though when we were listening to her heartbeat we heard her having hiccups!!! It was GREAT!!! It is a little disappointing that i had contractions consistently for 6 hours yesterday and no real progress... but atleast she is still healthy!!! No complications!!! Besides if she does not come early we still only have 3 weeks left...
April good luck tomorrow with your induction! Why do i say good luck- i guess i mean more like Congratulations and I hope all goes well for you and your hubby and baby Jack! Cant wait to hear your birth story and see pics of the lil guy!!! Sarah- wow sounds like you had a great turnout for your shower... I ain't gonna lie though with not hearing from you for a little bit i started to get that feeling like... DID SHE HAVE CLAIRE? =) Thought maybe you were gonna come back with a story to tell... I thought it was cute yesterday when i was having all my contractions (this last trimester my sweetie has been like don't rush it... let her come when she comes because i was always like i can't wait for her to get here) well yesterday after having all my contractions he told me he was disappointed it wasn't "IT" and she didn't come... i was like awe!!!! that was so sweet!!! he got excited!!! what a big teddy bear!!!! Val it sounds like your lil one is gonna be a 8.5-9. lber!!!! =) But it could be off a little as well!!!! How is everyone else feeling??? Kristin- what is your induction date again???

Yeah K2 I was thinking people were going to get suspicious since I wasn't stalking the thread like I usually do. Nope she is not making any moves to get here. April's gonna be a Mommy! April's gonna be a Mommy! Woohoo! Doing my happy induction day dance. Come on, join me K2. It's been a while since we did some dancing girl. I want my baby too! Can't I be induced? No really I want Claire fully baked but man alive time is dragging. The closer we get the longer the weeks are. Kristin I have thought about staying at my mom's but DH and my mom and stepdad do not get along well. At all. Like after 24 hours it's verging on world war 3. So that's not the best idea. I am like best friends with my mom so I wish it would work better but no. Women in my family have long, long drawn out labors so I think I'll be fine but I will definitely keep the time issue in mind. I might leave even earlier then. Thanks for the heads up! I don't want to be stuck on the side of the road, lol. Angelina, I am so glad I'm not the only one who hasn't bought crib bedding. I am going to be using the pack-n-play for a while so I have time. I still want to get the nursery done before she comes for my own peace of mind though. Totally a psychological thing. Well I need to get my laundry done. I think the dryer is done. Have a good evening everybody!! April, have a great day tomorrow. You will do great, Jack will be in your arms before you know it and keep reminding yourself that when the contractions get bad. Transition is the worst part but it's the shortest!! Try to get some good rest-- it'll be your last for a while. Enjoy your dinner and update us when you can!

In case you get up really late to check the thread.. CONGRATULATIONS APRIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jack will be in your arms very very soon!!! K2: C-section day is next Thursday.. very very early in the am. I have no idea how Im going to be able to update you.. i might teach my dh how to work this forum. Soon enough youll be going into labour.. i think youll be a little bit early?! SARAH: Thats c___p that your mom and stepdad cant get along with your dh.. thats gotta be difficult. Well I think youve got everything pretty figured out, and because of that I wont worry so much. Youre going to do great. Erica: Good luck tomorrow.. hopefully we get an update. I have fetal a__sessment tomorrow.. and my VERY LAST OB appointment before Kayden arrives. Wow time seems to be going so fast now.. Im getting nervous.. not because of the baby or the c section, but because I have to leave Ka__sidy. I was folding her laundry today bawling my face off like a crazy woman.. because Im so worried that shell be upset without me there and I wont be there to give her kisses and hugs. Brianna is older and I dont worry about her as much because she stays away over night all the time.. all I worry about for her is that she doesnt feel left out. I think sometimes she does.. and I worry that shell feel all the more left out when Kayden comes.. those are my BIGGEST worries for this entire thing. I love those girls sooo much, and I wouldnt want to hurt them or make them sad... so thats my anxiety for today.. wonder if more will surface as time gets closer to nest Thursday. Anyway Im off.. ttfn! ~Kristin~

It's only 9:30PM, Tuesday here, so I'm still up. Dh and I just finished packing - I think we're all ready to go. I'm finally getting nervous about this whole labor thing. Thanks for all the well wishes. Y'all are great! Kristin, I think it's sweet how much you worry about your other kiddos. They'll be fine, though. You've got plenty of love for all of them. Hopefully, this will be the last time I check the thread tonight, though if I have trouble sleeping, I may make a late-night visit. Good luck to everyone with appointments tomorrow! -April

Hi Ladies, up early in the morning (but I went to bed super early so I got some good hours in). I think I may be coming down with a cold, my stuffy nose seems a little more intense today. My heel continues to feel injured when I flex or step in a certain way. I really can't be bothered to run around to different doctors to try figure out what's up with it but it does concern me that it will impede me in my labor process. Will ask my doc today. last night as I was walking to my bed I felt such intense pressure in my pelvis that I had to quickly call my hubby over. I was carrying a gla__s of water and was scared to drop it. he also had to help me to bed because I couldn't walk, he was laughing the whole way, I was a little less amused. it seemed to have pa__sed but it made me wonder if the little guy has finally dropped some. April, I am thinking of you in this early AM and hoping you got some sleep. Have a great experience today...
