holy moly!! I thought I would be having the biggest baby since me and mike were beasts when we were born, but good lord, I hope you beat me alicia!! I don't want casey bigger than that!! I laughed so hard when you said you were gonna pop out a toddler!! you poor thing. my doctor doesn't induce if baby is big b/c they feel inductions usually lead to c-sections. but they like to know when babies are big b/c they don't make mom go through so much hell when baby has no intention of coming out v____ally, they'll do a c-section earlier on so mom doesn't have to suffer for 30 hours with no progress ya know? oh man, I can't wait to see what happens with us all. I have a strong feeling I'm gonna end up with a c-section, I don't know why but I just think I am. last night I was crying b/c I got really scared about labor. mike gave me a pep talk and made me feel better. but I am still thinking about it a lot more now and I'm pretty scared to death. it all started when I got a tour of my hospital and it became more real to see where it actually would all be happening.

I am glad I made you laugh Gabbi. My doc wouldn't really tell me much but I am going weekly now for my visits, so hopefully I will know soon what she thinks. I hate that you are getting scared. i was scared last friday after watching the baby story for the 1st time and the lady ahd a c section.... I thought today on my way in. Okay we could be here in 20min from home when I go into labor. And then I was like c___p. That could be in just a few weeks...lol

Alicia, I've always had a feeling you were gonna have the biggest....poor dear. If it were my first, I'd be asking about induction too, but since I've acquired these lovely childbearing hips, I bet I could squeeze out a mack truck. But now you have me curious as to what Creedence weighs. And that is awesome about your fluid levels. And the fact that you are measuring the same is good too because that means your fluid went down as well. Gabbi, don't freak yourself out about a C-section. Be confident about your v____al birth!

Elizhope- I just saw your post on the old thread about the cake. I had a small piece of cake on saturday for my hubbys bday and my sugar was fine. I havent done everything by the book but as long as your numbers are good and stay low its okay. And if you have a few high ones its okay too. I had 3 out of 28 that way higher than 120 by not much and she was like thats good. so if u go a little crazy one day it won't hurt.

yay! i was gonna be really upset if i end up with gd and couldnt have a piece of cake at the shower. its the yummiest cake ever! we ordered it from the same girl who did our wedding cake. well, its good to know everyone seems to be having big babies. i figured it was just me! shes already in the 65th percentile at almost 30 weeks

Hi all! Softbreeze - I live in Queensland AUST - Sunshine Coast - Love it!! :) Where abouts did you come when you were here? Elizhope and preggosauce - a tip for the 2nd GD test - take some cheese and crackers or fruit with you so after its all done you can eat straight away - when I had mine done - I am not even joking she took the last vial of blood - needle was still in my arm and I was like - can I eat these crackers and cheese now! haha - I was starving and felt a bit sick from not eating - but once the food goes it its all better! My 2nd test came back fine so I hope yours does too!! :) Okay this is gonna be a dumb question but how do they tell you how big bub is? Is it by ultra sound or feeling?? Cause I dont think I am getting another ultra sound? I am so excited we are all getting so close - but nervous too ha ha....

Hey bellybubble- Gosh, that 3 hour test (it was actually 4 hours because they had to draw my blood and wait on results before giving me the drink) Was LOOOOONNNG and BOOOORINGGG. sitting in that clinic for 4 hours in an uncomfortable chair, was NOT my idea of fun. I was SOOO hungry before the test, and then after I drank that nasty stuff, it actually pretty much filled me up. I didn't get really hungry until my car ride home (which was only a mile thank goodness). So. we'll see next week what the results were. Oh, and they can tell how big baby is by ultra sound. They take measurments of the head, tummy, and femur I think?? Ahhh I'm counting down the weeks...I can't wait until I can hold my little girl and be done with this pregnancy!!

Hey Preggosauce - I know it drags on forever doesn't it!! haha - At least its all done now - I really hope your results come back ok - keep me updated! :) I was soooo starving when I had mine done I felt sick haha - I have never had such a love love relationship with food! Its ridiculous. So if they tell how big it is by ultra sound I wonder how I will find out because i dont think they are going to do another one on me - my last one was at about 20 weeks - now 33 weeks? I cant wait to meet my bub either! Its getting so close for all of us now! I am excited but at the same time pretty nervous about the birth - but got my birthing cla__ses soon and am going to by active birth or labour of love to get a bit more prepared - and i just have to remember the end result is our bub entering the world!!! :) Yay Saturday tomorrow!!! Then my birthday on Sunday - the big 3-1 :) x

oh alicia, that is fun! I haven't had to energy to do that yet. we got all her bedding, and everything we need to do her room up, but I'm so tired when I get home from work and I just haven't seemed to have a chance on the weekend. but this weekend mikey is going to atlantic city for a bachelor party (his good friend is getting married in nyc on my due date and mike is a groomsman, so hopefully casey won't screw up their lineup and make mike miss the wedding!!) anyway, I'll be alone all weekend with my girlfriends stopping by so I'm sure I'll get some work done. ok ERIN, did you see the UGLY picture I posted for YOU!! that was seriously the only one from my shower that you can tell I'm pregnant in, my dress hid by bump well. but it was SO HOT that day and I was sweaty and swollen. I have to just give up and accept that I'm ugly while pregnant and it's almost over. I seriously don't even look like myself anymore. I'm starting to believe that ridiculous myth that when you're pregnant with a girl they take away your beauty!!! preggo, glad your test is over, I'm keeping your fingers crossed for you and alyssa!! so does your daughter know what's happening? is she all ready to be a big sis??

Gabbi- the only reason I wokred on his room last night was because my Mom was there. Plus my big walk in closet was supose to just be for me now has jeremy and Mason's clothes so I had to get rid of some things which was fine because It open up the space more and now I have room for everything. Even his big diaper boxes that people bought for the shower. His clothes look so cute hanging up. Oh and by the way I wish some of you was having BOYS TOO. I have gotten preobably 8 trash bag full of boy clothes from 0-12months. I will not have to buy him any clothes for about a year. ( but i am sure I will) Jeremy's boss yesterday gave him 3 trash bags full of clothes. Most was new and really nice brands. I think she gave us 30 ralph lauren polos and b___ton up tops. Some really nice stuff and about 15 pairs of shoes.... I was like heck yes... So his clothes situation is kinda running over....lol.

mason is going to be stylin!!! we're major yuppies, and my mom loves Mr. Ralph Lauren, so casey also has a closet full of little polo dresses and stuff. his line really is super cute for babies. I also love like anything from Baby Gap. I can't wait to show you guys casey's nursery once it's done, it's gonna look so cute. and I can't wait to see all your nursery's too!!!

I should hopefully have some pictures soon of his.... I got a wall sticker thing from a local shop the does specialty items. Its like a sticker you would put on your vehicle ( like r.i.p. etc) anyways it says MASON of couse and you can get it in any color and any font. Very cute and it sticks on the wall. I put it above a shelf with his diaper stuff and lotion... Looks cute but Jeremy hates it. ( but he's a guy) we also got some wood letters that say MJ ( jeremys fav) to go over his crib.... I can't wait to put his jeans and polos on..... but that will have to wait awhile....

sounds cute alicia, I got this really cool "C" from anthropologie that I'm going to hang over her crib too! I'm starting to worry that she's going to come out a boy. is that a normal thing to worry about?
