Ok Gabbi you can make it 48 hours I am routing for ya lol just don’t dance at the wedding and go into labor!! how far away is the wedding from your hospital?? Patti i am glad that they don’t seem concerned with the stuffiness and I hope it does all clear away on its own I know I am going to freak out over every little thing lol... Erin the earliest they could guarantee me a room was the 4th cuz one of the other hospitals in out area just closed down due to bankrupsy and now all their patients are moved to my hospital i asked the doctor what to do if i feel i am in labor he just said call him and they would let me know he didn’t seem to concerned but i am!! i guess its not bad that you have not progressed maybe you will have the 08-08-08 baby that would be exciting...Danielle how are you doing other than the hip pains?? do you get any sleep with three lil ones?? Ironmomma good luck with the move hope your lil one can stay put just two days doesnte sem like alot to ask lol...Leahh good luck with getting things going and i know what you mean about the weight gain the last few weeks i have gained more weight the last 4 weeks then i did the whole rest of the pregnancy i cant belive it but i do realize i have been alot less active the last few weeks so i will just blame that

I would be scared to be alone with you out of fear you would go into labor. j/k Leah, hopefully your m.s. will work- it took 3 darn times with my last daughter. Unfortunately Katie, I literally can't wait until 08/08/08, which sucks. Carl gets all next week paid leave, so waiting to have her until Friday would leave only 2 days before he'd have to go back to work, so I am gonna have him strip me on Tues. in hopes that'll do the trick. It's kinda a c___ppy situation to be on a deadline like that. On another note-Katie I hope your little one decides to stay put until the 4th. I can't imagine your anxiety. Lets take bets on who's next. My vote is for Gabbi to go tonight!~

Hi everyone...just checking in (to see if Gabby went in labor yet). Erin, have you explained to your doc thaty ou are on a time frame here? Seems like they would want you to have Carl there with you, so maybe they will induce? I am so tired of people calling me 2-3 times a day wanting to know if I am in labor. I am so bad, I screen my calls now. How awful is that? If it's not my parents, Keith, or someone I don't mind talking to...I'll answer. If you've called to the point that you're just irritating me (hint.....MIL), you get ignored. Katie, it sucks that you're having to wait so long, because I would be going crazy with worry. But as long as your babe is content, I guess the closer to the actual due date the better. Well, I have to go to town ladies, but I'll check back in later. Oh yeah, I saw on myspace earlier that Amanda (IslandFever) had her little boy, Lukas. She posted it under her status. Maybe she'll come back and give us details. Well, I got to go. nothing yet, good baby!!! it's wierd, I feel pretty great, not at all like I'm going into labor aside from my plug continuing to fall out slowly. but I've had absolutely no contractions, so maybe I'll be one of those chicks who sloooowly dilates and stays in labor for a long time. I will be induced by the end of next week if she doesn't come by then. thanks for checking in guys!! I promise to jump on here and let you know before I go to the hospital. my friends have been keeping me busy, I've been lunching and shopping and having visitors all week, I think they're scared for me to be alone. hang in there all you other ladies!! pretty soon we'll all have our knuckleheads :)

Gabbi, so glad to hear Casey is staying put! Watch her come on Sunday morning RIGHT after the wedding! That would be rad. Leah, my doctor is well aware of my situation. The c___phead went on vacation this week though and won't be back until Monday and my appt. is on Tuesday. My husband and I are kinda anti-induction, even though membrane stripping is kinda invasive and I suppose a form of induction, that is pretty much all we will do. That and hope! Gabbi, I wonder if you are gonna have a quick labor since your a 3 already. How far away is the hospital for you? I lost a bit more plug today. Not as globby as my last pregnancy. More of stretchy greenish mucousy stuff (not like an infection though). Buuuuuttttt I know that doesn't mean anything. Ya'll know what sucks, even if I went into labor, there is literally no way to reach my husband to let him know. Nice, huh? Danielle, sorry Chloe is keeping you up every hour. I remember those days.....that's kinda why I am not TOO impatient. When my three other little ones are running around and wanting attention or something to eat or something to drink all I can think is thank goodness Creedence is inside and not out right now!

morning ladies! chloe slept much better last night. she got up at 2 and then at 4:30 and 6. so better than last night. so i got almost 4 straight hours of sleep at first. shes just so pretty. i can't get over it and i look at her and wonder how that big ole thing came out, lol. shes huge! erin, thats why my belly out did yours! lol. i just can't get over it, i see her and think my gosh that big girl was in my belly and came out NATURAL, lol. lordy, will i ever be the same??? lol.

ok guys, I'm getting ready to leave for the wedding!! It's about an hour and a half with no traffic, but on Long Island there is tons of traffic, so everyone just keep your fingers crossed for me that I make it through the wedding!! I feel terrible though, bad stomachaches, nausea, dizziness. she's coming, just hopefully not tonight. I'm totally crazy for going but if I stay home and nothing happens I'd be so upset, so we're chancing it. I'll keep you guys posted!

Gabbi you are a trooper girl!! Wow!! I am not wanting to jix you, but that sounds like miss Casey is getting ready to make her grand entrance right quick!! Is there a hospital close to the wedding that you can go to if she decided today is the day after all?? Make sure to take your bags with ya!! I hope you have a great time tonight and don't worry at all about the whole labor thing - you will be fine!! I can't wait to see some pics of Casey!!Erin - is there no way to contact Carl?? That is so not fair. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you guys that Cree will just wait till Daddy is home and then come. Danielle - I think we were up at all the same intervals last night!! That is my fault though, we went into the city for dinner with my brother before he goes back to hawaii and Jess went 5.5hours without eating and she slept the whole time, so I think I kinda made my oen bed on that one! She has so far been sleeping for 5.5 hours at night at a time, so I ahve been trying to get in a few extra feeds during the day to keep her awake more. She is soo sleepy all th time! But she is now focusing better and actually watching me which I love. I just dont want her to grow at all right now. I want her to stay tiny like she is for a while! I am nuts I know. Hopeful- That is exactly how I felt the day my water broke. NOthing other than a few rock hard tummy episodes, but none that hurt or even indicated taht it may be labor, so maybe that is a good sign for you!! I too have been screening calls - how mean! I know it is just small town people all wanting to wish us well and then come visit and meet her, but I am just not really ready to share her yet! Kitkat -hang in there, one of the post partum nurses that I had was telling me that majority of the weight gain that you get in the last few weeks is really water retention, not readl weight gain and that you will loose majority of it within days of giving birth. So not to fret. I have not yet got back on the scale d ue to fear that the number that is going to flash back at me is going to be much higher than I am hoping it will be!! I will just wait until my doc makes me get on her scale! ANyone got any plans for the weekend - other than hopefully having a baby??

Gabbi, I can wholeheartedly say YOU ARE NUTS!!! But I hope Casey stays put for at least another 12-18 hours nonetheless!!! Holy cow.....well, alls quite on this home front. Still incubating at 39 weeks today. I guess everyone around me was wrong and I will have an August baby! Leah, anything new on your end? Patti, its a catch 22 with those little guys. The extended sleep during the day seems like a blessing until night time rolls around!

CNA's mom! OMG, your angel is huge! No one is going to believe she's a new born! Did the docs have any idea she was going to be so big? I cannot believe you did that naturally! Did you tear? You're too brave. She's so darn cute. Congrats to you. How are you feeling?

anyone hear get contractions for orgasms? or s_x? Are they painful? Do they go away after a little while? I'm going to try s_x with dh tonight to see if anything happens. Also, any ideas on how to get this baby to drop? She's way up high...so high that she can still get out of her head down position. She did yesterday and I was pretty upset. I had to bumps way up high under my rib cage, a head and a b___t a suspect. Anyone else's baby not engaged yet?

I have an update, but it's kind of gross. Then again, most of the stuff that comes with pregnancy is. Anyway, I bled for maybe 12 hours after the membrane sweep. I felt kind of icky, but nothing bad. My friends kept saying to get "frisky" with Keith and it would progress. I refused until the bleeding had stopped, it's just too weird you know. Anyway, last night, he was trying to sleep, and I woke him up and said look we are going to have to give her some gentle prodding to get things started. He was such a trooper...lol. Well, this morning when I got up I went to pee as usual and I lost my mucuos plug. I don't know if it was all of it, but it was gross, and it had the bloody streaks I've heard everyone say to look for. Still no contractions though. So what do you ladies think? Should I expect something for this weekend?

Oh and Gabbi you are a brave one!! I don't like going anywhere right now. Other than my parents house and in-laws, I keep it relatively close to home. I do hope Casey stays put for you though. I am so glad to hear that Jessica and Chloe are doing so well!!! I will check back in later, but I hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

ok, so Jess has thrush. I hav noticed this week that her tongue seemed to stay white after a feed nd everyone old me to quit worring , it was normal for b___stfeeding babies, but today I called the health nurse and asked her and she said it definatley sounds like thrush.So I will need to take her back in to the ER tomorrow morning to get the antibiotics for both of us to get rid of it. Maybe that is why she is kinda congested still. Any experienced mommies know about this or have any experience in this area??Gabbi have fun tonight, but be careful not to dance too hard - Casey might make that wedding really memorable!!! :)Hioe everyone has a great weekend and we have have some more baby news on monday!!!

I did it! I went to the wedding and didn't go into labor! well, maybe I did though, I think today might be the day. we left the wedding early b/c I was having contractions, I had them on and off the car ride home and once we went to bed I had a few more. we were about ready to call the doctor b/c they were coming quickly, and then they stopped. we slept, I just got up and I'm soooo crampy. I just don't feel right. so we'll see. we have a birthday party to go to if I feel ok, but I'll keep you guys posted. I'm sorry I haven't been asking about or commenting on how you guys are feeling/doing. I'm a little all consumed right now!!!
