tina- no im not being induced as of right now; they are thinking if i am induced around 36 weeks. and i just think he will be an mid june baby; kelsey was suppose to be 37 weeks when i had her; so thats why im guessing around then. =]

yah ive got alot of family bdays in june; what the hell ill add another; lol. my moms is the 15th; strads is the 22nd my best friends is the 25th my nephew is towards the beginning my couzins is the 5 & 8th. ive got alot lol.

crystal your not young hunni im 19. this is my second child also. ( how old is ur first? ) my first is a little girl shes 20 months or will be on the 17th. im having a little boy due 5th of july

Oh ok - my doctor says the only reason we will discuss induction is if the baby seems to be really big around 38 weeks - then he'll induce me at 39 weeks but - whatever - I think I can easily have a 10pounder LOL - I just don't want to break his record of 11.5 - that might be a bit too big..LOL I keep going back and forth between wanting to be induced and wanting to be surprised....LOL oh well ...

Kendra: My first is only 8 months right not. I am going to have a set of Irish Twins. Ely was not planned to happen this soon. Jordan my oldest was planned. It is going to be crazy having two little ones running around without them actually being twins. I have a very busy life. I am an active duty military mom. My hubby Matt also works but is no longer in the military. So yea... that sums up my life. I am a little worried about being able to handle it all so soon. I understand what you ladies are going through talking about being late. Then I had Jordan he was already 11 days late and they were going to let me go another week before inducing me. Thankfully stripping my membranes did it for me.

Crystal - Irish twins LOL I have never heard that before.....I would have hated to go 11 days late! Good grief - it just depends on your doctor - my doctor is not one to let you go on miserably...he will induce right after your due date which is nice --uh ok ladies haven't heard from my bf all last night or today?? do you think she is mad at ME? well I guess we'll see...maybe she is in a training or something it's weird to not have heard from her - maybe she is taking a break from me - whatever will help her feel better is fine with me....maybe we just need a chance to miss each other LOL - like sisters right?

tina youve got a good doctor like me. my friend went 3 weeks OVER DUE. they were going to make her wait 1 more week; then the day they were inducing her she went into labor herself lol.

With my 1st daughter i was 2 weeks late and had to be induced... Sucked. With my 2nd she was just a day late.. i am hoping this one is on time aslo or early :) we'll see :) Im so excited.. I can't wait but i can you know :)

That is crazy - isn't that like so dangerous!!! I would never stand for being pregnant for almost 1 year - 11 months good grief - yeah he's a good guy - he sucks about other stuff like he will never ok anything to take for anything except tylenol....no benadryl.....no tylenol pm .....no tylenol extra strength...dude whatever - that's why I love this forum because if 5 or 6 of your doctors say you can have this or that - then it's good enough for me ....but at least he doesn't make you go way over due! LOL

Crystal!! congrats and welcome!! im Julia im due July 9th with a baby girl .. her name is Lia.. this is a great group i love it i think the closer we get to our due date the closer we all get... I LOVE! the name Ely.. if he were to have a boy that'd be his name.

hey ladies gotta question.. my husband bought beef stew stake.. or wateva.. but i dont know how to make it.. like i dont want stew.. is there any other way i can make it.. any ideas.. i'd appricated !! :-)

Julia, not sure on the meat...i'm actually not much of a cook. I love to eat out though :) omg, that would suck to have to go overdue so much! I thought that was dangerous or something? Like I've heard of babies being overdue having bowel movements in utero and stuff. Not good! My dr. seems to think 2 weeks before due date is too early to induce but one week is ok. I know things never go as planned though so we'll see what happens. KENDRA, 36 or 37 weeks seems way to early to induce! my dr. would pa__s out if I asked her to induce me then, lol! She looked at me like i was nuts when I said 2 weeks early. I was embarra__sed too because I SWEAR she told me 1-2 weeks early but oh well...

Stef - That's kinda scary to me too. What is the normal amount of time they will let someone be overdue? Wouldn't the baby just be getting bigger while it's just hanging out in there?

HEATHER - I was wondering what the heck happened to you - you were so excited to post and then ....nothing LOL - yeah weeks is much easier to take because they pa__s so much more quickly than months.....so I have to take my glucose test - probably next week....after being out sick this week and being off Friday I will wait incase I end up coming in late - the lab here opens at 5am so I figure if I get there at say 630 that is plenty of time for me to drink the drink and sit and wait for an hour and get to work by 8am......Precious - you could make chili con carne with that - which is just brown the meat and season it up and then add about one large can of red enchilada sauce serve it up with rice beans and tortillas and you are set - plus if you let it slow cook it will be nice and tender.

TIna.. dat sounds so good.. its spanish food. do u cook alot of it?
