Interviews suck. Try to do in dress pants and a b___ton up shirt, or you can even throw a jacket in with it. Try to prepare yourself for the questions they're going to ask. Make sure you're in a good mood, smile, and it'll help your confidence. Sometimes practice is the only way to get over your nerves and you'll feel more comfortable after the first few. Dawn - they'd still do a c-section but the going into labor before it's scheduled is what confuses me and that idiot doctor wouldn't spend any time with me so I could ask all my questions. I don't know how far into labor I'd have to be. My contractions will go to 3 minutes apart which sounds like I'm in labor right? Well so far I'm not dailating (as far as I know I may have by now) so if they aren't making me dialate am I just stuck with contractions every 3 minutes till my scheduled date? Hopefully I'll get some better answers next week. If I go in like that once they can deliver me and they try to send me home that way I swear I will do everything possible to make them worse lol I'll make my husband get ontop on me in the hospital bed if I have to! LOL j/k

Thank you ladies! Wow, what would I do without you? That must have been my problem. In all my interviews I'm so nervous and probably seem really desperate for a job. I have two applications that I'm going to turn in after my little one makes her debut, they're jobs I'd really really enjoy doing so I'm definitely going to practice my interviewing technique.

Oh oh here's my line that seems to always work well......if it isn't something I have DIRECT experience doing a lot of times they'll ask why you think you should get the job, or is there anything you think they should know about you. I'll tell them I enjoy a new challenge and although this is something new to me I might not be the best at it my first day, but I'll work at it till I am, I don't like being bored I'd rather be busy, I take pride in my work no matter what it is because I feel it's a reflection upon my character and I work hard. Bunch of BS like that lol

Yep and like kay says I have used all those lines too - I always tell people I am a fast learner too and that I work well independantly - some jobs are team oriented but I still mention I can hold my own- and I back it up though .... I always ask at the end when they are looking to fill the position or when they will be getting back to people - and I always ask if they are getting back to people either way because I have other jobs I am interviewing for and I would like to know all my options before making a decision. haha Im a real b___h like that - But to be honest experience or not I know my value and they ARE lucky to have me. hmpf ! haha Wow kay that really sucks - to have to go through the contractions anyway! You know i was reading on another post about these girls saying they can FEEL their own cervix and one said she got a fingertip in it! I can barely reach my crotch like shaving is the best I can do and I have the razor which gives me at least an extra inch - I cannot imagine reaching UP into my cooch and feeling around for my cervix... I was thinking wow maybe she has really long arms or there is a trick I dont know...

Ok well I got chastidys hair done - I filed her toe nails and will paint them another day - then I took my shower and b___tered my hot a__s up and now I am heading to bed lol hopefullly to actually sleep! Night chickies talk to you tomorrow !

So welcome, welcome, welcome. be prepared to chat cuz we always talk alot. oh wow marisol.... i hope everything is okay. did you hear back from your doctor? i have been having lots of contractions too but it's not unusual for me cuz i had tons of them with all of my pregnancies. i'm watching rob and big right now and i swear i absolutely love rob! i love it when he sings that dirty girl song. hilarious! i can't wait to watch hells kitchen tonight... only 1 more hour till it comes on. i'm totally exhausted tonight. i'll be back on in the morning before anyone gets up so i get a chance to chat k. sleep well tonight.

Oh gosh I am having so much trouble shaving my legs. Maternity clothes, especially pants, don't fit me right so I wear a lot of loose dresses instead. So I need to shave my legs, when it gets down to around my ankles I can't reach at all... So I attached a toothbrush I wasn't using to the end of my razor for added length LOL. As for my private area... I can't get a good look at it past my belly, so I don't know how I'll be able to shave that!

Hullo ladies. I glance at this thread from time to time. Talkative bunch! I am 32 weeks along now. Getting a basketball tummy and baby gets hiccups a few times a day. Lots of wriggling, stretching and squirming. Last prenatal appointment (30wks) doc told me he was head down with his b___t under my left ribs... but I've been feeling his b___t on the right side of my belly b___ton for the last few days. What kind of a position is he in?! Heartburn has gotten a lot better lately while the leg cramps still annoy me. Sleeping at night has become a chore, and any movement and sound from df just p__ses me off. Zero tolerance these days...haha. I'm sick with a nasty cold at the moment, and my 13 month old ds has the same thing. Not fun. I feel like every cough rattles Damien in utero. Poor baby! I plan on working until a few days before my due date...but now I am slightly worried that I will have to deal with my waters breaking all over the office floor. My waters broke initially with ds1 so there is a good chance it will happen again. Doc thinks Damien will be a small baby, and I think he may even end up being smaller than ds1 (7lbs4oz) seeing as my belly isn't nearly as big as it was with him. But who knows! I hope you are all doing well. We are nearing the end...or at least we can see the light at the end of the tunnel...

Aw I had my last ultrasound at a private clinic on Saturday. She told me my little one's head is down too. I was so excited to hear that. It was like being prepared for liftoff and all that's left to do is countdown. In the ultrasound I saw that she has a nice, full head of hair! It looks curly too! I'm going back on Sunday because she kept facing away from us so I had to reschedule to get some better pictures. I saw her in the 3D/4D for a second or two and she is just precious. She looks just like her mommy :)

gabby - you played basketball??? crazy girl! I can barely even WALK fast...let alone play ball. :) I was tired today and took it easy. Every time I tried to work I'd get tired and have to sit down. Every thing aches - and I'm just totally worn out. haha...checking your own cervix. I don't know how anyone can do that, I can barely reach down there as it is! I have thought of attaching something to my razor too, to extend it so I can reach all areas. :) Oh, by the way, I did watch Hells Kitchen tonight as I was too lazy to get up and get the remote to change the channel. I think they bleep out most of what they say - kind of funny. Man, my little guy is sooo active. He is making my stomach jump around like crazy - even with stuff on top of it. I hope he doesn't stay breech - I still have no idea waht end is what with him. I have a dr appt Thursday -but it's with the nurse pract_tioner instead of the dr. :( Can't ask her as much - or maybe I can. I am just getting anxious to get this done! Less than 8 weeks to go!!! Oh, chicksfly - my name is heather and I'm due june 2 with my second, a boy this time. :) My dd just turned 19 months! I'm gonna have my hands sooo full!

Gooood morning! Well I woke up this morning with my heart skipping beats again - ugh! I just cant bring myself to go wander around the hospital...altough when I went monday they have a lil station they had open at 8am that had coffee and donuts that reallllllllly looked very good but they had the cutest guys working there LOL so I felt embarased to go get food being all big as it is they would be like umm lady lay off the donuts lol amanda I think attaching ur razor to your toothbrush is pretty creative lol I can still reach down there but I have a hard time standin in the shower and cleaning the bottom of my feet - I tried that last night and it really hurt my rib area to do that - I need one of those brushes or sticks with the poof on the end - I had one I dont know where it is - maybe today while I am out I can pick another one up - I slept pretty good last night actually which was nice! Only thing that bothered me was my crotch again Ok so talking about being moody - I really have not had any s_x drive through this pregnancy as I told you girls but I contribute that to being single - its not like i have a husband around that is the one who got me pregnant so with anyone else it would be weird and I would feel just fat ... so lately I have these idiot men hitting on me and its really p__sing me off - One guy said to me and I quote' Do you know what the good thing about you being pregnant is?....Your already pregnant' and thought he was funy- I was like um yeah ... Now typical dawn would curse him out but I am letting it slide although as you see this is a day later and it still bothers me so I will likely bring it up and mention it to him... But what in the HELL makes him think he would get any from me - AND what would make him think he'd get it without protection anyway! Im growing this strong disgust lately for men and I need to chill out before i hate the whole breed. I dont know I mean i know to him he was being funny but I just met this guy and I dont think he knows me well enough to play with me that way. I just feel like ... the men I meet are slobs and I am tired of attracting the sc_m of the earth I really need to stop even being friendly with men cause I need a break ...like a year break in addition to this time - so after my muffin is born I need an additional year - I dont think with a young baby I should be dating anyway - you never know what these men think .. maybe they think they are doing you a favor or think your vulnerable or they could be pervs wanting to be around my kids too - who knows! I know I think too much but I am way protective of my kids no one comes near my kids no one is ever around me and my kids til they are someone my gut instinct likes. wow I am on a rampage this morning ... I need to go shop I think lol let off some steam haha

About the dating thing that is how I have always been I have people tell me I am too hard to get close to etc but that is how I have always been - problem is sometimes if i do like a guy they get to know me like I dont have kids cause they never see her lol then they expect me to jump when they want to hang out and I am always like nope then I get p__sy cause I feel they are inconsiderate haha double edge sword! I am watching rob and big right now disko and this shyt is hilarious 'big bear' hahaha they are NUTS ...I went to mexico like a year or so ago I loved it LOVED it - they were so nice down there - well the only other place I can compare it to was jamaica and they were a million times nicer in mexico lol Gabby i have to tell you fred sounds like a doll waiting in line for a hour for you - coming home to shave your box - picking up doggie bodily functions lol haha whats funny is I can totally relate to the cursing screaming scene cause I have done it - my dogs rarely do anything in the house - maybe once a year if they have such ma__sive diarrea they cant hold it but other then that they know better - I think just hearing my mouth is enough to dissuade any dog from p__sing or puking haha quazi is good for drinking water so fast like its going out of style then puking it right back up - so now I make him slow down - and lately with the warmer weather I just have his water bowl outside cause he drools like a mad man! I just had a onion bagel with chocolate milk that was SO good! I am going to get dressed and run to the stores then when I come home it should be warmer so I can finish up the painting I be back

Morning girls, Gabby that is crazy that chick would even show up like that and expect to get the job. Poor Fred, but im sure even if he'd known you saw it he would of cleaned up anyway. What a nice guy. Well my doctor had me go to L&D and i was there for like 4 hrs. they had me on iv, drew blood and had a catheter to drain my bladder, ? don't know why they could of just had me go pee. but man did that hurt, i just about cursed out the nurse. i at one point had a contraction 3 min apart so she freaked out. but my cervix was closed and the fetal fi???? test they do came back negative so basically i shouldn't be going into labor in the next 2 weeks. (thank goodness) Gabby with Keily i went in at 34 weeks, but the doctors i had then were not very caring i guess you could say. cause since 31 weeks they had told me i was 1/2 a cm. dialated (which i didn't know what the hell that meant) and they never did anything about it and never checked my cervix after that either. anyway Chelsea doesn't like the monitors cause as soon as they hooked me up she was squirming around. the nurse wanted me to talk to my doctor at the next appt. about stopping work but i can't afford that so i don't think im going to do that. anyway, its good that you think that way Dawn cause you're right you never know what kind of person the guy can really turn out to be. Disko- i have to ask being that your "wonderful" mil is staying with you, does she help you guys out financially? i mean she doesn't have her own place anymore so paying rent is done for. maybe she could help pay for some bills and the money you save on that can help buy diapers?? well 6.5 weeks left for me, wow that just seems around the corner and trust me it's going by fast for me. i still haven't put the crib together, hehe. i really don't want to gain anymore weight, but my eating all the time doesn't help.

Wow, someone shopped her heart out.... lol. i wish i could go shopping. ; ( my sister spoils my daughter for us, she always gets her something. she just got her some leggings and a shirt and a couple of weeks ago she had gotten her some watercolor paint, crayons and sidewalk chalk. DH told her she needs to get ready cause she is gonna be Chelseas godmother. She's always looking out for Keily so she would be awesome and we trust her. She was just like great now im gonna have 2 spoiled kids. Dawn how do you tell when your heart skips a beat? that would be scary. Gabby do you help your boss interview people? I think you could help her find someone good since you know how the kids are when mom and dad aren't around and you could probably see who would tolerate more.
