aww, I just got a call from my hubby :) I love when he calls... he's gonna be goin out on some "mission" that he cant talk about =/ I dont like him being over there...

Gabby ...RIGHT?! I thought hmm maybe 19 dollars is typical lol i dont know ... but it was 1.38 for the first page and 1 dollar for each additional page .for that i should have taken the ride to my parents and had my dad do it! nah i guess it would equal out with the price of gas lol I wish you were closer too - my poor mom was like that she would watch violet during the week for me but she lives an hour away so i was like well ... how .. and she says i could leave her there i was like No fuking way hahaaha i kinda got snippy with her then i caught myself and said 'i know you mean well mom but that is not reasonable and I cant do that -' she was like ok .. i just want to help .. i felt bad then lol I was in a major crab a__s mood this morning and my mom sometimes .. well I explained it to her a couple times and she didnt seem to get it so I snapped at her and then i felt bad. It will work out I just tend to be a worrier ... I always seem to have alot on my mind even when I shouldnt .. i have to remind myself to let some stuff go - like the things i cant change and let that be that instead of worrying about it. I upgraded my ms word so i could do my resume and I did that for the last 3 hours lol and I updated all my info on careerbuilder so at least I feel like I did something lol. O and the mail man dropped off my new checks ..strawberry shortcake hahahaha I LOVE THEM!

umm in re reading my post to heather i want to clarify when I said 'I am sooo sure he will' I meant make up for time lost .. I just re read it and thought it sounded weird and out of place - I tend to type as I speak and that doesnt always make sense when you read it lol sorry

lol dawn, I understood what you were saying... thanks :) it is a strange situation to be in but youre right he'll be home soon and things will be fine.

Happy belated Mothers Day everyone! Hope it was a great one!!! Kay- your son is beautiful, if I may say so!!! What a cutie! Dh got me a pink Garmin for Mothers Day, so I'll never be lost in the big city again! I LOVE IT! I have my last doctors appt at my clinic today before I switch doctors...so I wonder how much I gained this last week. Hmmm.. anywho- I am going to sign out and get ont he road for the appt, so I'll talk to you ladies later! Try not to chat TOO much! ;-) Its tough trying to catch up on all the posts!!!! LOL!!!!

hey everyone - Kay, I'm the one due on the second - so happy 37 weeks to me!! :) My next appointment is tomorrow morning - we'll see if I've changed any. After tomorrow I hope I have permission to do more than sit on my lazy b___t. She told me to hold out for at least a week. So far so good but the pressure is getting crazy down there! When I sit on the toilet or walk for very long ( like 5 minutes!) I feel like my pelvic bones are going to just spread and he's gonna fall right out. Oh, my mani-pedi was awesome. :) I'd like to go back every day just for the foot ma__sage and the ma__sage chair! Loved it!! I just have to hold out until at least Saturday night - my shower is on Saturday and I really want to go! Especially since I couldn't go see my family this weekend because my dh was afraid I'd have the baby. :) I want to go to a party!!!!!!

hey everyone im new here im 35 weeks im having a baby boy and i am already 2 cm dialated or more do any of you no how to induce labor some people were saying s_x but my doc said not to should i try it or not

guys.. I just got back from a prenatal ma__sage that my mom got me for mothers day :))) it was like heaven! my mom said since I dont have my husband here to rub my back when it hurts that someone else should do it lol so she got me an hour ma__sage. so far its been a good day.

Its amazing how a coolatta will make life so fan-tab-u-lous ... I had one of those and all of a sudden Happy I am ! I went to CVS and the lady had the audacity to ask me if i have new insurance or if i am paying full price... i just looked at her LOL then i slowly said ..Noooo you people called me and told me you spoke to amerihealth and that i owe nothing and to pick it up today .. and amerihealth called you... and she went oh .. then went over and looked it up ... IDIOTS !!! finally i got my freakin pills ...all that for indigestion ! Gabby ... i am schemin on my symphony bar i think today is the day lol

OH...I wish I could get a ma__sage!!!! :) welcome itsaboy - I was dilated to 2cm about a month before my due date with my dd and never went into labor - and stayed at 2cm until I was induced at 40 weeks. Why did they say no s_x? I would think you'd be fine still at this point. But like Heather said, why would you want to have your baby so soon? I would wait until at least 37 weeks before considering inducement methods.

I have a question.... what are you guys doing as far as pediatricians?? Im having an issue with finding one... I posted a thing about it if you wanna check it out.

I seen that you posted that .. I am just going to probably use the same one I use for my older daughter and I was referred to him by a friend I used to work with. If you have friends in the area ask around...

I too had a pediatrician referred to me as well. Sorry, can't be of much help there! You can also ask your OB if they have any recommendations. A lot of the times a local pediatrician will check your baby out at the hospital before he/she leaves and you can find out where they are if you like them.

lol heather the problem is my OB gave me a whole LIST of recommended pediatricians in the area so Im like trying to google all these offices and doctors to see if I can find reviews or anything... my biggest questions is should I go with a small family practice or larger office. I found a larger office with like 8 doctors that I like and I just called and talked to someone and she was super nice and very helpful (and they accept military insurance) but they are further away then this little family practice that is literally right down the street from my moms house. so should I let distance b a factor and not go to the large practice that I like just because the smaller place is closer?

Depends on how far FAR is. Just keep in mind when the lo gets sick, you don't want to go too far - but you also want to have availability as well.
