Im ssoooo excited for Gabby! I cant wait to read her story! fefer and christie you guys inspired me to go walk around the mall and now it feels like my pelvis is going to fall out lol. I have been crampy all day too. not so pleasant =/ I have a doctors appointment tomorrow in the morning so yay for that!

hi everyone! sorry havent been updating yet. i know i missed a lot in this thread. i blamed myself. BF always tells me i go on the laptop too much that i need to stay away. haha but watevers. CONGRATS GABBY!! soo happy you have a healthy baby. gosh i hope someone gives birth next. so everyone can give birth all together!! hehe i wishh too much. i still have that little discharge or something and it came out a little of blood. it freaks me out. but yeah i just wait till the 6th to see wat happens. i should just be induced on that day. me & the BF walked last night for an hour but my contractions didn't come intense or severe. i guess i have to try walking tomorrow night.

oh Christie, I noticed you asked me about my effacement earlier... last week I was at 2cm and 50% effaced. Im hoping for good news tomorrow! Catherine, its good to hear from you!

ooh this saturday, my dr. told me i was 1-2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. so hopefully all this cramping or contractions help me dilate more since my dr. opened up my cervix more. and hopefully i somehow break my waterbag...haha yeahhh right in my dreams. im craving soo much sweets right now. i want ice cream, brownies, cake, or some taco bell or KFC. haha

i'll be on this thread waiting, because i dont want too miss a thing. since im alone in the room. the BF is outside with his buddy playing his xbox 360. i told him the xbox 360 is his new girlfriend. because he's always on it. and he tells me im always on the laptop. wat difference does it make??

Hey Catherine....I'm not a June mommie....I'm actually due in July....late July :( but I'm really bored/bummed and feel like chattin. That's so exciting that you're already dilating! It seems like these last few weeks are going by soooo super slow. I guess cuz I'm so excited about meeting my baby. I can't wait! When are you due?

hey samantha. i am due june 5. but i was given an option of waiting after my due date to see what happens so far after she opened up my cervix. OR wait out till 41 weeks and be induced. i dont want to be induced but i told her to see wat happens after my due date on June 6. and if nothing happens. then i prolly just want to be induced already. im so anxious and excited that i cant wait any longer. i want my baby girl to be in my arms.

Oh wow I'd be soo anxious if I were you! I'm having a little girl also. This is my first baby so there's a lot I'm really not familiar with. If you don't mind me asking, how does the doctor open your cervix? I've asked several stupid questions before and I'm sure this'll be one of them...lol

I'm sorry! I don't know...there's just so many things I'm curious about and lots of new things that I read on here that the mom's are talking about and a lot of it is just right over my head. Not alot of my friends have baby's so there's really not a lot of people I can talk to about stuff. Hope I'm not invading any personal space or anything

hehe no worry you're not invading privacy. everyone is concerned and have lots of questions. my dr. opened up my cervix by checking to see how much i dilated and how much im effaced. and so, doing more she stick her whole hand inside and moves up way more in to feel and rubs around and i bleed from there on. so she told me i will be bleeding for a couple of days. but i only bleed that day. and after that i was having this thick weird brownish color discharge. and this morning it was a little bit of blood and pinkish color

Oh wow....was that really painful to have your doctor do that?

Hey! Did you ever get my email? I kept getting messages that it couldn't be delivered. I had my son on the 5th sat 924pm and he was 6 pounds 14 ounces. He's doing great, I've got pics I'd be happy to share and I'd love to see Chelsea! How's she doing? Did she have to stay in the nicu at all? My son was there a week. Gabby JUST had her baby today, eastcoast, ddt, michelle, and dawn all just had theirs too.

woo hoo Heather! Maybe you'll pop next. I'm curious to see if Im going to be effaced more than 70% next week. 36 weeks at 70% makes me feel good...but still. I'm thiking of drinking some red rasberry leaf tea because its supposed to help with uterine toning. But I dont know if it will send me into labor...although I keep reading that its not what it does....so I'm thinking I might drink some before bed and until my due date. Its supposed to help your uterus go back to its normal size after birth, and help when your labor contractions DO start. So how Far ALONG is everyone, week, effacement and dilation wise?
