My appointment was so incredibly dull. The nurse was surprised they made me come in since they took the staples out before I left the hospital so she literally poked at it for ten seconds and sent me on my way. What a waste of gas LMAO I'm so tired though, I only got a few hours of sleep last night. dawn - caffine can irritate contractions, it was on my no no list for preterm labor. I don't know why, but I think it might have something to do with caffine dehydrating you. I've read it can cause slightly low birth weight but I dunno, both my kids were pretty d__n big. My son was bigger than some of my friend's 4O week babies. heather - I bought way too much junk myself then people bought me even more. I'm half tempted to go to walmart and just say they bought it there and get diapers instead. fefer - stop making me jealous of your naps! I tried taking one with my hubby today. I got some great cuddle time but little man woke up before I fell asleep. gabby - good luck winning him over. Mine went back and forth a couple times about whether or not to name him curtis because his dad goes by curtis, he goes by cj so that doesnt leave much room to call him anything so he got named curtis and now gets called ace.....why....I dont know lol.

Poor disko is stuck at labor and delivery on magnesium sulfate. They're gonna do an amnio tomorrow so everybody cross your fingers say a prayer for her rub a rabbits foot do whatever it is you do!

oh, poor disko! what a pain in the b___t. That makes sense about the caffeine dehydrating you. I guess I drink enough water. :) Hey, I have to nap when I can! With a 20 month old running you ragged - and one on the way - it's amazing I can function. :)

Nobody is allowed to go past their due date! It's against the rules! I forgot to tell you guys what a STUPID thing I did earlier. I have this box of johnsons wash cloths that already have the soap in them. Yesterday I gave him a spongebath and filled a cup up with warm water to dip the cloth in. I left it on the ledge. Today I had to refill the wipe despenser, then I went to take a motrin because I had a headache. I picked up the cup to drink and smelled soap, but thought it was my hands from the wipes. I already had the pill in my mouth and I always take a fast sip of water then kinda throw my head back and and swallow it together. Well because I was moving so fast I didn't realize I had picked up the soapy water cup and not just my regular water EW!

oh kay, that's so nasty! :) Dawn - I'm the same way with liquids. I'm so thirsty all the time and I see McDonalds commercials for iced tea and want it soooo bad! I can't get enough lemonade either, it's soooo yummy!! I just made sloppy joes for dinner with hamburger instead of turkey -and it was hard to eat. I haven't eaten ground hamburger like that in so long - other than hamburgers themselves. It was so dark looking and weird. I've tried to stay away from it because of all the fat - and cooking it grossed me out. :) But I had to eat it. Hey, my next appointment is in the morning - hoping for SOME change so I can get this baby outa me! I'm dying to go for walks with my dd in the stroller or do some yard work ... anything outdoors...but I can't cuz of this gut. We just measured it by the way - 44 inches around - and it COULD be more because I don't think my dh actually measured in the fattest spot. :) I'm gonna go shower and relax and get a foot rub and sit my b___t on the couch and watch some comedy now.

haha I tried to squeeze into a pair of jeans today. I was only able to get one pair up over my a__s.....the rest got stuck halfway up my thigh LOL oh and there was no way in hell I could zip and b___ton that one pair without looking a hot mess

hah, kay.. we arent allowed to go past our due dates? I have a feeling Im going to go to my due date.. or past it. I dont know why but I have a strong feeling i'm gonna have to wait it out till the end. =/

Good morning!! ugh what a night I get so many contractions at night its frustrating - backaches,my hips bones ache and the regular menstrual cramp type thing but stronger... last night was so annoying i could barely sleep but i was too tired to even see how far apart they were ..

Yeah cause no matter how simple your name is some idiot will mess it up ... I mean come on my name is Dawn ... not hard right - well why when I say my name everyone seems to call me donna .. maybe i have an accent i dont know lol but i have gotten donna ..doris..DON (which p__ses me off the most) It usually happens when i was talking to a customer on the phone i would even say to them ... do i sound like a man to you?! then they would laugh lol .. jerks

Happy belated brithday, Heather!!! SOrry I've been MIA since Saturday! We've been up till midnight every night since unpacking. I'm just go,go,go right now, wanting to get everything done. I have to force myself to lay down when my feet start swelling though. We've gotten everything unpacked, and only have to hang pictures and organize our huge walk in closet...then I want to work on the baby's room....Yeah, its great to be able to live with DH again. Hahaha, he was so sweet this morning...before he left he came back to the bedroom and was like " Its so nice to see you every morning again". Aw. Fefer, yes, I LOVE KC! Wait---didn't your brother get married the same weekend I did? September 15th? I'm glad everyone seems to be doign well....poor Disko though! I agree with you Kay- SOMEONE needs to go into labor. We need another baby born here! So Dawn---get working! Lol...You too, fefer! Well, I've got to get going here...gotta go to the post office and mail things...get and oil change...change our address for the state of Kansas since we moved to Missouri...Our internet is gettign set up on Thursday, so after that I'll be able to get on more often. I'm using the "clubhouse" internet right now at the apartment. I LOOOOVE our place!!!! Anyhow- you girls have a great day! I think I'm going to get some good grub! I'm loving lemonade and fruit lately too. MMMMMMMMM!!!!!! I'll try to get on later...hopefully there'll be news that someones going into labor. LOL!

Gabby I got that dress last spring at old navy they have nice ones there and pretty cheap too it has two little drawstring pockets on it in the front bottom area. I think if it is cold out or something i will still wear it but with my pants under it lol and i will still look cute! I am packing the baby a one pc terry cloth outfit with the lil feet in it since the weather here is getting disgusting again...50 degrees today COME ON! Heather isnt it the worst! I was like ok maybe you are in labor dawn GET UP then i thought well i am still dry so guess not lol and went back to sleep .. horrible! I been leaking today though when i stand up i dont know what thats about every so often i get a lil damp ... and violet is NOT active today at all i felt ONE poke that is IT ... Im giving her til tonight and if nothing then I will call the hospital and maybe go in if they want me to. They called me for my checking in appt just a lil while ago - she wanted to go over everything I ever had in life .. every cold ...surgery(only had 2) just everything... she said I am full term so they would let me in the jacuzzi for pain since i didnt want pain meds as long as i am not being monitored.
Speak of cramping...i am having one of mine right now .. i actually had a couple while driving this morning.

aww christie sounds like everything is coming together for you! It is so nice to just sit back and be able to relax!!! You girls are making me want my watermelon again lol i cant get enough of it!!! Well I am off to lay down and see if i can feel any movements here ... be back later !

yummmmmmmm i made shrimp scampi for dinner with angel hair pasta .. i kept seeing people on tv eating what looked like angel hair pasta so i had to have it! Now i am stuffed. I also bought watermelon LOL it is so COLD here! Oooo and good news I sold my dryer !! whoo hoo!

Dawn, you're always cooking something DELICIOUS!!! I want shrimp scampi and strawberry cupcakes!!!! YUM! Geez woman! Wow, Heather, for some reason, I thought i was a day behind and your bday as yesterday....so yay, I'm not late! Lol! I'm absolutely exhausted after running errands. I just got back...and I have to o make dinner....drool over this dish Dawn: Parmesan Risotto, Italian sausage and garlic spinach. Lol...well...its not shrimp scampi....but it'll have to do! Any other labor signs? Heather, I am SO jealous you still fit your pre preggo jeans. I haven't even bothered to try mine on. I have 10 stretch marks below my belly b___ton... they're dark too...hopefully they fade fast! :-s K, I'll talk to you ladies tommorrow! Gotta go make dinner!!!!!
