Hmm fefer hey wait it out if you want to ...sounds like your close anyway! Catherine - I know violet had some discharge when she was first born but never any bleeding - I was told not to realllly clean like inside the folds of her v____a there is like a little white stuff deep on the inner folds and the doctor told me just wipe her and that will come out on its own so I even leave that alone - how much bleeding is it? where is it coming from? Is it red or pink? sorry so many questions I would call the doctor about it though if its something your concerned with.. I dont know that its normal to have bleeding.

oh yeah - where is my head today - CONGRATULATIONS Catherine!!! :) I knew you were off having a baby! hang in there, they are lots of work!! Dawn - I want to wait soooo bad but I want him out sooo bad!! :) I talked to the nurse and she said I don't have to have him induced tomorrow but I will have my non-stress test and possibly have to be induced anyways. For sure I will go next week - and my dr won't be around, she has the week off. So...if I want her to deliver him it's now or never. I think I'm gonna do it - but we're gonna walk my b___t off tonight! :) Oh, I asked about the membrane strip since I have had no bleeding or any thing and the nurse said that she did do it even though I didn't feel it. She says it's probably cuz I'm so thinned out that I don't have any bleeding. Ok - whatever. Cross your fingers I can get things started!!! I just had the runs... so many signs. sigh...

Congrats heather! I can't wait to hear back from you and see pics from our newest momma! Fefer - I saw you said your doctor said all she would have to do is break your water to get things moving.....can she maybe just do that and see how things progress on their own the first hour or so before starting pitocin? goodluck with the pee christie! I can see you carrying this big jug of it up...I'd try to hide it under my jacket or something lol

Fefer I had my sweep done at 10 am on June 5 I went home and had s_x 3 times that day ( i was supposed to be induced that day but got bumped once again!! so we had nothing better to do than sit around and wait) I have had BH for about 6 weeks so I chalked them up to nothing (p.s they started at 11:30) and I called the office to get checked at 3 and at 3:45 I was 5 cm from a 3cm. I went up to L&D becuase the baby hadn't yet engaged yet and they were worried about his cord and I gave birth at 9:58pm!! All from stripping my membranes!!

hi mommies... So I took Tripp to the doctor and he is a little jaundiced and we have to take him tomorrow to get that billi-rubin (sp?) test done. Meanwhile I took him outside under the tree to get some filtered sunlight maybe that will help. Also, she said that he has a hernia under the umbilical cord in his belly b___ton and that is why it is sticking out so far. Anyone ever heard of this? She told me to do nothing except keep using the alcohol I guess till it falls off. He kept me awake alot last night so we got an hour here and there all night long and I'm pooped! Congratulations Catherine and Heather on your little girls! Fefer - walk like crazy girl! :-) I was wondering the same thing as Kay - can't they just break your water and see how your progress? Being as though you are already dilated to 5 maybe no drug intervention will be needed. Just a thought. Good luck! I gotta go feed bub so I'll be back later!

hey ladies :) they are keepiong us till tomorrow morning so I'll have pictures for you guys tomorrow evening if I can :) My hubby is sooo happy, I got to talk to him today.. yay! Im a little sore but other than that I feel great. Kaelyn is doing great.. still learning how to latch and stuff but shes getting better. anyway I'll post my story when I get home. :)

Aw heather it's good to hear from you! I bet you'll be happy to get home and I can't wait for pictures! Disko - I remember my daughter had that and I'm pretty sure it's just something that fixes itself and is no big deal. Ace's belly b___ton pokes out right now too. We went shopping today and we have this cool big mall and like half the stores in it are outlets....they look like the regular stores just run special sales and prices. Well I got myself a pair of shoes and Kalysa 2 pairs from foot locker for $37 and then everything at Victoria's Secret was $5.99!! I could have spent hours in there lol

Kay went on a lil shopping spree huh! victoria secrets ...uh oh kay ur going back to the first tri soon huh lol Well I took a nap before with violet ..now I just ran around the house like a nut after cash he gets so happy when i play with him lol i LOVVVEE that dog hes soooo cute ! Ok well I am back off to bed... it took me to b___stfeed violet twice and give her a bottle today to have her stop crying I wonder if maybe she needs the formula maybe thats more filling then b___stmilk? it sure seems thicker...

hey ladies - well we went for a walk to day - about 45 minutes for me to go a little over a mile.:) My husband had to go get the car and come get me. It took him 12 minutes jogging with the stroller (and Rachel) to get back to the car. haha..I had to pee so bad so I stopped at this community center and waited for him. Then we had burgers at the beach and walked around there with Rachel for a bit. She took her shoes off and played in the water. SO cute. She was so pooped out she didn't fuss at all when we put her to bed. I can hardly walk anymore though - I'm so heavy and there is so much pressure down low. I get these stabbing pains down there too and my whole stomach hardens up. I'm really hoping something happens on it's own tonight. Gonna go take a hot bath and relax for a bit, watch some TV and go to bed. I'll see if breaking my water will do the trick tomorrow. Hope so cuz I don't want the pitocin!!! :) Raiken - s_x - haha- I don't know how you managed 3 times let alone ONCE. :) I can't think of a single position that would be comfortable or do-able. :) hehe...I'll keep ya all posted. Oh, Christie said she is on bed rest until her appointment on Monday. She spent the day in L&D because her blood pressure was so high. THought I'd let ya know since I noticed she didn't post anything yet. Hope all is ok Christie!!!!

Fefer you walk more pregnant then I do when I am not pregnant lol SInce I had the baby I do NOTHING ...little c___p here and there but nothing really major although I cant think of anything to do .. When I go to my parents that will be a different story - I was sooo exhausted last night lately I think the lack of sleep is catching up to me at night i pa__s out ... of course still wake up when violet does though. SO fefer you live by a beach? that sounds like fun ..i wish i lived by a beach that is part the reason I want to move to florida and the odd thing is I cant even be in the sun like that lol but I always like the boardwalk and stuff ...better then walking down to an abandoned warehouse LOL thats all 45 mins of walking will get me here. haha I live by this old steel warehouse thing- they are shooting part for that movie transformers 2 there though so now i avoid it all together haha you have all these people gawking at it and whatever. Anyway I am going to go to walmart today I think or go do something with myself .. I need a couple little things and I definatly need to bring that stroller in the house and get it together lol ok well talk to you all later

hey everyone! Congrats on the baby Catherine!Heather, I cant wait to see pictures!!!! Well, yesterday I dropped off my big jug of pee at het lab. It was a really discreet office, and all the ppl there were old ppl, but I still felt mortified walking in there with my jug of pee. All the cute little old ppl were smiling sweetly at me, and I was just dying to get out of there! Lol...so anyway, I couldnt jsut drop off me pee---they had to draw blood. yay. I hate needles. So then I called the docs office with my symptoms and they had me come in at 1 instead of today. my bp was 152/90...so I had to lay on my side...blah blah blah. BP still didnt lower itself. Doctor came in and did a cervical exam...I'm 80% effaced and 1 cm dilated still. but 10% more effaced than Tuesday. He was in there longer than usual really checking things and he actually made me bleed a little. I've been having some blood tinged mucous...but nothign excessive. Darn...anywho--he sent me to labor and delivery to be monitored and said if my bp wouldnt go down that theyd induce last night. After 4 hrs, relaxing, watching tv, and laying on my side, my bp finally went down to normal, so they let me eat and discharged me. THey took more blood too! I ordered a chzburger, onion rings, a dinner roll, mashed potatoes, soda, and a rice krispie treat. I was starving!!! Lol!It was the first time I met the doctor and he was really nice. He even came by after his shift before I was discharged to check on me and tell me to come in for an appt Monday. ANywho--they put me on strict bedrest until Monday and then I'll go to my appt where they'll check my bp and everything else again. SO...I have permission to be a lazy a*s. Lol...I am only allowed to get up to shower and use the bathroom. Argh. Other than that, I'm happy tho because hopefully this means I WONT have to be induced. All my labwork came back normal, but they're getting the jug of pee results today. Hopefully I'm just having high bp and no protein in the urine, because they're only finding small trace amounts in the little samples I've given them.

morning everyone - well the hospital called and they are super full so I have to check back with them at 1pm. Got to go get the non-stress test today I guess since I probably won't be going in today -that's just how it works. sigh...I don't think I can walk anymore. I feel like I'm going to break!! I seriously could not hardly roll over in bed or get in/out of bed last night it hurt so bad!! please do a baby dance or something for me today!!! I really want him to come out on his own soooo bad!!!! Dawn - I live by many many lakes and rivers - and we went to the "lake" beach. :) I'm practically surrounded by water -the lakes, the rivers and the puget sound - pretty much the ocean. I love it! And the water is soooo cold!!!! Most of the year. :)

Dawn, you'd probably have so much fun living in FLorida. Warm sun all the time....ah. I'm doing good- I just have to sit on my b___t all day. Thats going to be hard. I'm glad we have cable now though...!No need ot rush to take a shower... I have nowhere to go! Lol! Fefer- I feel SO SO SO Bad for you. I think your little man is really going to be a stubborn handful. LOl...you SURE you want him out? Catherine--you're funny about the s_x thing. DH tried for some today and I was like "I'm closed for services. The drought has begun honey.". Lol... Kay---are you still nauseated...shopping at Victorias Secret is going to guarantee your hcg levels wont be going up anytime soon! LMAO! Hahahahahah! You know I'm teasing! I can't even walk in there without ppl doing a dbl take! You KNOW they're Like " what are YOU doing here? You cant fit this stuff" or " how do you think you got yourself pregnant? Get out of here". Lol, it kind of ticks me off! Preggo women can still fit SOME lingerie and wear body spray!!! Theres lots of cute pjs too! How do they knwo I'm not jsut there to get a BRA! SHEESH!

ahhh christie - you answered my question! Your cable must have been keeping you from posting. :) What an ordeal you had to deal with! I'm glad you don't have to be induced yet - it's sooo much more painful! hang in there - get lots of movies and books and stuff! Did your doc maybe strip your membranes without telling you? I've never actually bled from a cervical check - and didn't even bleed from my membrane sweep yesterday....just curious!

you know, thats what i was wondering if he stripped my membranes and didnt say...but dont they have to tell you when they do that stuff? Or maybe he was in there too long and did it on accident...? lol... I dunno, I'm not having any contractions...but theres still some blood...older though...nothing bright red or anything. I'll jsut wipe and see some stuf fand maybe a bit of mucous....so (shrugs shoulders), I dunno. My only complaint is backache. Is your Mom still there, Fefer?
