Lower Abdominal And Bum Pain Anyone Else Have

Hey ladies! I am 26 weeks pregnant and have very bad lower abdominal and rectal pain. It seems to me connected. Whenever I cough the pain shoots right up my r___m. I went to the Labour/Delivery unit last night to get checked out and they told me it was really bad ligament pain and possibly a hemroid. The baby is fine. When I lay down it is painful too. The abdominal and rectal pain happen at the same time. Anyone else have similar pains? Sometimes it is even hard to walk. Thanx, :)
