tell your SO you need lots of back rubbage and to not stop until you say so! lol. unfortunately i'm only 12w3d but my back is already killing me. i have back problems and just knew this would happen. hopefully i find something amazing to help me out lol. and ooh, what about a heating pad for you? it works for some people =) as for me, the only kinds of back rubs i like are the really gentle ones that mostly give you goosebumps, but it relaxes every muscle in my back (i've had many back spasms that have left me unable to walk while having them and only that helped) and even alleviates headaches. good luck and i can't wait to be so close too!! ^^

Hey Heather!! If you have a ma__sage therapy school in your area - give them a call and see if they offer pre-natal ma__sages. We have one here and you can go in to the students and they do an 45 minute prenatal back ma__sage for $10!!! It is great!! I went once when my back was really sore around the 14w mark, and am thinking I should start going again now that my belly seems to be bigger everytime I wake up!! lol! !It may help. Also try rotating ice packs with heat every 10 minutes. That helps lots too! It must be really tough having hubby deployed, but we sure are proud of him. Hang in there - your daughter will be here soo soon!!

Heather I know what you mean!! I've had some back problems throughout, but now it's just getting ridiculous! It feels like my back has been bended into an L shape haha. Hang in there! Soon all of the aches and pains will be well worth it!

Newlywed, I take at least 3 baths a week. I don't know how you've survived this long without them!
