Hi girls, and hi Joey, yes its nice to have you back. Of course some of us will remember you from the 1st tri board. It seems a long time ago though! Probably because so much has happened, well for me anyway, since that time. Thanks for asking after me. I think Antonia is a beautiful name and you should keep it! Patience, im sorry about your worrying scan, and i know how you must feel but your being very good about it, what with everything else, so gold star for you! It was one of the things they checked my baby for because of the low fluid but thy havent been able to find any cause yet. I had also read the same info as you when i was doing my research so thats good news for your little one, if its something they can sort out after the birth. It must be a relief, even tho obviously you'd rather he didnt have anything wrong. Let us know what the midwife/consultant say when you go. Ive got another big scan on Tuesday so im eager to go. And i turned 30weeks today so i feel so pleased about that. I feel like it was a big milestone somehow. Im having a miserable day because im so tired and i just feel ill constantly, and weepy, which i hate feeling like this. It makes me feel like a weak person which im not. But yous probably all know what i mean, im sure we all go through these c___p days where we feel like we cant go on. I just need a good nights sleep, but they arnt forthcoming these days so il have to find another remedy! Glad everyones more or less ok anyway. So Joey, your due day must have been bumped into sept surely? x x

Thats great to hear patience...i know how worrying pregnancy can be and it's good that even if your bub has this when born it will recover within a year!
Miss P...no my due date was bumped to October 1st! So..just with you all! Originally it was the 3rd...
I hope your scan goes well..and yes i can definitely say we all have those low days where all you want to do is cry and you feel overwhelmed with emotion. I think you get so used to be pregnant after a while that you forget sometimes how much your hormones and emotions have changed (well for me anyway) and then you have this really bad day and can't think why! Not long for all of us to go now anyway...then after a few weeks of sleepless nights we will be back to ourselves (well sort of!)

Welcome Rylans Mommy!! I haven’t been on in a few days… Had the big Bday bash for my daughter on Saturday and needed all day Sunday to rest up! Patience – keep us posted and hang in there! Quick update on the party – WOW! It was a blast. I invited about 26 little kids, but we ended up with 30! A few bros/sis of Cat’s friends stayed – which was fine : ). They bounced around in the inflatable moon jumps and slides for about 1 hour and 20 min (I’ve got pics up on myspace). I ended up going down one of the big slides myself (twice). I just couldn’t resist! Then, it was time for pizza and chocolate cupcakes. There were soooooooooo many presents, we had zero time to open them at the party zone, so ended up taking them home and opening them up! I’m still exhausted! I’ve had constant heartburn for 2 days straight… antacids don’t seem to be working – any advice?? Also, when I was forwarding through her Bday video tape (trying to find a blank spot to tape her party) I watched her first 3 bday parties and just started to cry. I can’t believe how big my daughter got and can’t help but think I’ll never ever have her that way again. She was the most adorable little chunky baby and I miss her. I started to cry uncontrollably last night again and my poor hubby didn’t know what to do with me. I’m so sad my little girl is getting so big and I’m super depressed about it – Not sure if it’s just my hormones. I don’t know what to expect when our little guy is born… she’ll no longer be the baby. Hope y’all had a nice weekend : )

Mari- that's so fun about the party!!! I don't know if it is PG hormones or not that is just a very emotional thing thinking about your babe being grown up!!!! :) Well I got Jacob into his big boy room and got about 90% of the baby's room done- clothes washed and put away!!! I am still feeling really good. The getting up to go to the bathroom is what is causing any sleep disruptions at the moment which I feel some of it is out of habit because when I go there isn't much - this babe is just SOOO low I think he/she is pushing on my bladder already! So I have to tell you ladies a really funny story. Last night Jacob dropped a BOMB in his pants! It was SOOOOO stinky so we were on our way upstairs to get in the bath (well Jacob was getting in the bath) and he saw his sandbox and started hitting the window...so I was like...what the heck we will play with sand for a few minutes, well then he decided he was done with that and wanted to go to the park...so we walked over there (no shoes on=I hadn't brushed my hair, just in no condition to be in public) and Jacob STILL just wreaked!!!! Well I over heard this little girl (probably 3) go "He mom- he come some more friends!" so she RAN over to us- just a little doll and said "Hey what's his name? He's cute...I am Alexis....." you know how they are just little chatter boxes so excited to talk! Then she walks around him to check him out and says "What's on his shirt?" and I said "It's a dinosaur" and she goes "Oh, well he's nice but he really smells like a cow!!" HAHAHA thank goodness I wasn't drinking anything or it would have shot out of my mouth or nose for that matter!! It was so cla__sic!!!

Well ladies- I am back on the wagon!!!! I had honeynut cherrios for breakfast, a nectarine for a snack a ham sandwich, cantoloupe, cottage cheese and sugar snap peas for lunch- YAY me!!! HAHA- to bad I had 3 scoops of rocky road ices cream with a side of FOUR- yes FOUR chewy chocolate chip cookies for a bedtime snack last night! hahah!

aww catsmommy...your daughters party sounded like lots of fun! When was her actual birthday? It's my sons 2nd Birthday tomorrow and yes I am feeling the same- sad he won't be the ''baby'' anymore soon and can't believe how fast it all goes. We are having a party for him this Sunday and already i feel tired just thinking about all the organising! At least I am still pregnant though, I think it'd be harder to do with a newborn.

Hi ladies, well i had another big scan yesterday and some positive results. The babys happy and growing normally he weighs 3lbs 6oz! and measures exactly to my dates. Theres still no sign of anything physically wrong with him. The toxoplasmosis thing came back negative and the amniotic fluid was up slightly. So all good stuff. The doc said im not high risk anymore and hes happy to see me less frequently (which i didnt take as an insult haha) but still regularly just in case the fluid dips again like before. Its still too low but just not dangerously low. So thats me feeling relieved! I mean they dont let you off scott free and keep emphasising that something could still be wrong, but just that the chances are less now. So i will literally have to wait and see when hes born! Its quite nerve racking wondering if things will be ok or not, but i guess thats normal for any first time mam.So thats me - apart from ej - im back on the wagon too - i realised i was really starting to pile it on so im trying very hard to swap my sweetie cravings for fruit instead, and swap crisps for crackers or cheese or cereal. Man, i so want to just eat bad stuff all the time. But my back is really really killing me and i know the extra weight is not helping so il have to try really hard now. Just 9weeks to go!! woohoo! x x

MissP, that is AMAZING news! I swear you just made my day....i knew it would be ok! I feel like i have gotten to know every one of you on this board. He just started to walk a few weeks ago and I love it!!! This is SUCH a fun age isn't it? Hey Beka did you end up registering? When is your shower? Hey everyone Miss P Great news i am so happy for you....happy to hear everyone else is doing fine too....i have a Dr app in the morning prob jus the 3 min in and out...lol....but i have a u/s on the 14 thats a gud app....so far everything looks good on the 17th he was weighting 3 lbs 4 oz....ejmeskan yes my name is sandy i live in NC i have a son who is 10 big gap...lol...i am still having name prob....y is it so hard to name a boy.....good luck everyone

Hi Ladies!! I've been out of the loop for about a day - boy I missed a lot! MissP - AMAZING news! That's super wonderful to hear! Liz (EJ) - LOL... you're far from brain dead! How the heck do you remember everyone's name, where they are from, etc.. I can't remember the last time I pee'd (and that was probably only 10 minutes ago). Ahhh... it's so darn hot in Chicago lately and it's really taking a toll on me! I just love the heat, but man I can't take it lately! My thighs are rubbing together and I'm getting a rash. Hats off to you ladies back on the wagon... I'm chasing the wagon, just not able to jump on just yet! I start off great in the morning, with a healthy bowl of cereal and a banana... then a few hours later is a few cookies... some cake, chips - I just don't know what to do! Just got done watching 'Throw down w/ Bobby Flay' on FoodNet and he challanged Paula Dean to some Country Fried Steak... boy oh boy did it look delicious! I'm from Chicago... never had some country fried steak before! My mission this weekend is to track down a southern restaurant so I can have me some! I'll be out of the loop a few more days... I've got some offsite meetings I'll be attending. Jen - love the daily countdown on your myspace bulletin : ) I stole your counter on yourpage... but mine is blue, hee, hee!! Joey - My daughter's actual bday is July 22nd (I still can't believe she's 4). Oh, on that bday note, Liz, Jacob was born on 5.14.08 and he's already walking?? Should be in the World Record book (hahaha - j/k). I know you meant 5.14.07 : ) I'm in a crazy mood tonight... Must have been that Twix Bar I just ate. Glad you ladies are doing well!
