Hi ladies!! A lot has happened! Good luck Sandy- let us know how it goes!!! I can't believe when you said 6 weeks Patience I was like...OH MY GOODNESS...it's time! I am so in the nesting phase! Did I tell you ladies my inlaws came down this weekend and cleaned my whole house? Well didn't clean, I actually cleaned but they helped with washing windows, organizing cupboards and drawers, and cleaning up the bas____nt..the babe's room is done, the house is done, all I need is to have a little time to pa__s then I can pack my bags and have life set for this little bean. Jen I am so happy to hear your babe turned!!! I am about 95% sure we are in breech position here...I am desperately hoping that the babe turns! I have my next appt on Friday and then we will start going every 2 weeks. I know I am breech because I don't feel any movement above the belly b___ton, a ton of kicks and movement between my legs and in my b___t and when I have a movement on the sides it is both sides at once. Time has just FLOWN by and now I feel like it has totally stopped! I am ready for fall if nothing else just for some d__n cool weather! I took my little man camping Monday and yesterday with my mom and sis...all the dad's stayed home and my goodness..I always knew I relied on Aaron but I didn't realize I needed him that much...my little guy is a lot of work! phew!

Got some bad news yesterday- my Step-Mom's father pa__sed away :( It was totally unexpected- he was recovering in the hospital nicely after an operation & went into cardiac arrest & they weren't able to save him. It seems like when ever a new life is ready to enter the world another one exits- so sad. This also happened when I was pregnant w/ my son- I lost a couple loved ones, but I guess those who have departed from life here among us have served their purpose in life & God needed them for bigger & better things. On to a lighter subject- Liz- love the pics! Looks like Jacob had lots of fun! I am totally there w/ you w/ the whole nesting thing. It's funny b/c I was logging on to post about how I can't stop cleaning today! I started to get some major braxton hicks & decided I had to slow down a bit, so I laid on my left side for a few mins. & got on the computer. It would be nice to go into labor, but it's quite a few weeks too early for that, so I'm gonna relax for a lil before I get back to my frenzy. We are getting so close- I think time seems to have slowed down a bit b/c we are all excited & the anticipation of meeting our babies is so strong now. I am 32 weeks today & counting the days still! My family baby shower is this Sunday & my Mommy will be in town on Friday! (she lives in W.V. & I'm in Jersey) She is too funny- she said she decided to come visit for the weekend on a whim- so I just went along w/ her- little does she know I already know the real reason, lol.

omg it is so funny for me to read about all you ladies with your "nesting" phase. I will probably be the last one to give birth (i'm due the 31st) so i am a little behind. Went to the doc on Monday and only gained 2lbs since my last visit. Everything looks good though, and i feel good. I just need to go back and get my Ro-Gham shot but for some reason i can't catch a nurse to give it to me. So annoying....good luck ladies- you are almost there!

Jen - My condolences to you and your family! Sorry to hear that. But like you said, one door opens and another one closes - that's life, I guess (although I don't agree with it sometimes). You've got your shower to look forward to this weekend - take pics and post them! Would love to see all the girly stuff you got. Can I tell you how jealous I am of you, Liz! Your house is all set and ready to go while mine is completely upside down! I want to nest... but every time I turn, there is a new pile of mess! We FINALLY get our floors sanded and varnished this weekend! By next week, my house should be complete and I could start putting the baby stuff away - Oh... don't laugh, but I finally decided on a pattern for my little guys room - Argyle! It's a light brown and blue - sounds funny but super, super, super cute! It's taken me almost 2 months to figure out a theme. Got my daughters room all painted too... just waiting for her furniture to arrive on Tuesday. Lots going on ladies... hopefully, the next 6-8 weeks for us will go by fast - although it does feel we're at a bit of a stand still. Liz - there is still time for your little bean (so cute) to move in the right position. MrsSandy - don't leave our Oct thread : ) I know your c-section is set for Sept, but keep up with us : ). I know you're not real happy about the c-section, but in the long run it's probably better for you and your little guy. Best to all you ladies today.

Talk about nesting phase, yesterday I spent 7 hours cleaning my kitchen. I cleaned out all the drawers and cupboards, the fridge, the blinds, the oven. There is a chance we might get to move before he is born so it is kind of in preperation for that as well. I over did it though and was hurting so bad last night. The worst part was that I had nightmares so bad last night that I woke up this morning just crying. Everytime I would wake up to pee one would stop and then the second I would go back to sleep a new nightmare would start. I slept all night and had nightmares the whole time. So Im feeling so exhausted. Im as prepared as I can be in this house though. Since he wont have his own nursery everything is set up in our room which is very cramped. Only 40 more days....Everything is kind of at a stand still. I have a doc appt next week and I cant wait just because its an appt and one week closer to him being born. Argyle sounds very cute for a boys room though. I would never have thought of that!

I just love reading all these birth stories on the Third Tri forum! Pretty soon, we'll all be writing our birth experiences too!! YAY! Patience I know how you're feeling about over-doing it - I had a garage sale on Sat & Sun and OVER-DID IT is an understatement! I didn't have any nightmares, however... those sound aweful. Easier said than done, but we really shouldn't over due it at this stage in the game. Maybe one day I'll be fortunate enough to have a maid, a cook, a nanny and a dog walker - ha! Wishful thinking... imagine that, no more cooking, cleaning, doing the laundry and walking the dog! At my last appointment I told my Doc I felt great, except I was really, really tired. Her response was, "just stop what you're doing and lay down". Sure... I'll just lay underneath my desk! Jen - so awesome you got to take your leave already!! : ) : ) : ) Patience - if you want me to send you a pic of the nursery bedding give me your email address. I'm also on Myspace and Facebook too. This boutique also makes pink argyle too... it's real cute!

Hi ladies, well i had a checkup on weds and im measuring 39weeks - im supposed to be 33 and a bit so im a bit scared! I have a scan next tuesday to see if hes growing ok and how my fluid / placenta are holding up. Im sooo uncomfortable that im kinda hoping they suggest an early c-sec like you patience! Or was it saird saying that. Sorry ive got my people coffuddled! Jnfr614, im sorry about what your family are going through. Thats not easy thing to cope with. Ej, im also jealous of you having a nursery all done. I am hoping to get some of our room re-do started this weekend, i have to rely on my dad and thats not good news as hes allways got 'important stuff' to get on with, and generally they are allways more important than me having somewhere to put the baby. Dont worry, i will be having a seriously preggers style strop if we dont get started on it this sat!! That should do the trick. I can barely walk now. I wnt to have an eye test today and i couldnt put my chin on the machine because my bump was too big. And i cant turn my steering wheel anymore. Its getting ridiculous! Cant wait for it to be over now and have my little malachi with us x x

Hey Miss P, I'm measuring ahead as well, not as much as you are, but at least two weeks most of the time. I seriously think my skin is going to bust and my rib is going to crack! I'm not scheduled for an early c-section, I'm trying to vbac this time. It's Ms Sandy who's scheduled for Sept 30 I believe..maybe we should kick her off the oct thread!! Haha, just kidding. I'm jealous of the nursery thing too, my baby gets a crib in my room this time, I'm out of bedrooms!

Patience - I know how you feel about the nightmares, the last week has been expecially bad! I don't want to got back to sleep, its just so awful! So far everytime I go back to sleep it the same dream comes back : (, its been a different one each night and they're really horrible. MISSP - Wow 39 weeks! I'll take some of that! I can't believe how fast this pregnancy has flown by I just can't believe its almost time! I had to drop some clothes off for DH so me and Alexea stopped by the beach on the way home and played for a bit. She had a blast, people were stopping and laughing with her it was just too cute! I got pictures but one big wave got her (we're in San Diego) and she tumbled over so I picked her up with both hands one had my camcorder in it. It didn't work after that and I've dried it, and it turned on this morning so I think there may be hope for it.

Hi ladies! Had my 32 week check up this afternoon. All is great. I am measuring 29 weeks but that is to be expected since I was that way with my first pregnancy...he said today "We did an ultrasound last time right? We will do one again with this one but will wait for another month or so." I gained 2lbs since my last appt so I guess I must be up about 12-14 total which is not bad but I know the end is where I pack it on...ugh! He is so convinced that I will go early for no other reason than he "feels" it will happen...but I think I will go late...He said "well maybe I will secretly strip your membranes!" haha! Anyway that's all I have to report!
