Size Of Stomach During Pregnancy

I am 29 weeks and am huge. I went to the doctor yesterday and she told after measuring my stomach that she believes the baby is going to be big if I carry it to term. She has scheduled an ultrasound in a couple weeks to check the baby's weight. Anyone else had this problem?

i am not sure how big you should be at six months but i am only 15weeks2days and i already look like im six months .... is that normal or am i just going to have a big baby ?

I get the same thing. Everyone looks at me funny when I tell them that I am 7 months pregnant. I asked my Dr about it and she said that everything is fine. She and I are the size we are supposed to be. She said that alot of people are under the false impression that you are supposed to get huge when you are prego and that many mothers over eat. So I wouldn't worry about it. As long as the Dr. says everything is ok.

HER RACHELLE , 6 months is not third trymester yet olmost , but 27 to 28 weeks is when you start your third trimester more like seven months .. so your size is just just fine im sure . you can also look up baby belly pictures on line and compare them to yours ..

I was told i was pregnant today..I was so excited that i'm going to have my first child...though i'm only 2 weeks..I have been craving for cheese and salt and ketchup...and lots and lots of ice... when will my belly start to show approximately? 1st month? 2nd? When will it start to harden? I haven't gotten sickness yet but i am spotting.. I'm eating for days and im starting to feel tired more than usual.. is this all okay?

I know that every woman is different but normally I can easily maintain a normal weight. But I am 9 weeks pregnant and I still eat the same as I did before(of course adding more milk and protein) but I feel like my stomach is growing and I"m not sure if it's fat or if it's the baby growing and i'm "showing." This is my first pregnancy and I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs. Is there anyone who has shown early or knows anyone who shows early? Please help me with this dilemma

Amie - September 10

everyone is different. As i read the other articles you should just be worried about your babys movement. I am only 16 and I'm having my first baby, I am 6 months. Ask your doctor if you have any concerns. Don't worry I am sure you are fine.

dont listen to what people say! For real i jus had my baby boy and i was small... i started at 120 and ended at 155... and i wasnt big at all and my baby boy was 7lbs 1oz...everyone is different dont worry ur fine and ur size is fine

I didn't start showing until my 6th month. I had only gained 7 pounds until I hit 6 months, then the belly started growing. I'm now 38 weeks and 27 pounds bigger.... give it time, you'll start to get a belly soon and if your doc isn't concerned, it doesn't matter what people tell you. Good Luck!!

small also - September 17

I'm 6 and a 1/2 months pregnant and my somach is small as well. my doctors says my baby's size is right on schedule, and that my baby will gain the majority of it's weight during the last 2 months of my pregnancy, but when people make comments it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong. My sister (who has three children) says they are just jelous and that my weight will probably go back to normal fast after I give birth. I say listen to your doctor, they know more than anybody else.
