Hi girls- just checkin in on everyone! I am 5dpo today, and going crazy!! Holding out to test till Fri. or Sat. I used OPK this cycle, and they worked perfect! I didn't O late this month but last I think I would have if I hadn't gotten the trigger HCG shot. I will check in with you girls ina few days!!

Can someone here give me a suggestion as to what ovulation kit I should buy? Since taking the clomid, I haven't been able to figure out when I will be ovulating or not. Pharmacist said that Clomid interfers with Ovulation kits. Has anyone have this problem? If not, what brand did you buy? I have the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor and it's website says that Clomid can affect it resulting in more fertile days but no surge. HELP!

I bought the clear blue easy fertility monitor and found that it just didn't work while taking Clomid (lots of $$ down the drain.) I did find that the OPK (the sticks) worked a lot better for me and that I was ovulating a lot later that I would have expected (day 19/20). You can get a pack of them at the pharmacy or buy them in bulk on e-bay which was a much cheaper alternative and they worked with the clomid usage (I don't ovulate on my own). Good luck!

Hey girls..Wow, I learn more and more each time I read your postings! :) Questions - any guidance in terms of how to conceive twin GIRLS? My husband has all males in his family and his brother just had a baby boy (surprise~~), everyone is really hoping we can have a girl - and my preference is twins. I will probably try unprescribed clomid from online ordering. Any suggestions or success stories??

As far as OPK I used First Responce Early this time and they worked great!!! Last month I used CLB ones, and I never got a good reading. Hope this helps!!

Well the info I know about gender selection is this. Male sperm travels faster but dies sooner this hitting right at o time will more times be a boy. Female sperm travels slower & lives longer so if you have s_x before you O & lots of it you will most likely ony have female sperm left up there. Sarah - If I do for some lucky reason get pg this mth I have an order of 50mg in the envelope not even opened yet from quality generics. It took 33 days to get here so I missed being able to use it. Don't expect it to come in the 14 days like they say when you live in Canada...harder to get it to pa__s the boarder.

hey ladies. Does anyone know if the generic clomid is a different size then the name brand. Doc perscribed me finnally after months of trying and (last month I ordered my own cuz i got sick of waiting) The generic at the pharmacy is smaller then the actual clomid I got on line. as well as smaller then the fertomid I bought on line.????

Hey everyone, qst time posting here. I ordered it online for my first time, it came from India and took 4wks to arrive to Canada. I took it days 3-7 but it didn't work. AF was 4 days late. I just finished my first perscribed 50mg dose and took it days 2-6. I really don't care if it's twins or not. I just want a healthy baby out of it. As for side effects I haven't had any with either clomid cylce.

I finished my first cycle with Clomid and then my period snuck up on me before I got to my doctor for the 2nd month of pills. My question is does anyone know if it is too late to start taking the 5 pills starting on day 7? I will be so upset if I miss a whole month of not being able to take Clomid just because I couldn't get into my Dr.'s office in time. Thanks for any help.

Amber- I havn't heard of anyone starting that late- the latest I have heard is 5-9. Call your doc and ask him if you can start them.

Lauren - my clomid and provera have landed in canda..they are in ON post office...they got their on the 22nd...I"m hoping they won't have a problem getting through customs..*worried look*

I am onto round 2. First time days 3-7 did not work. I am trying to just have one baby as well (although I welcome more!:) AF is due tommorrow. I am spotting and feel her comming. I am trying the fertility monitor for the first time this round with my clomid!!!

Well ladies its official I did ovulate got test results today...now the big wait for AF (I hope not). I have a bit of soarness in my b___st & something going on in my belly...however could be af. Sarah or anyone if I don't need my clomid next mth I will sell it for sure. It is still in the envelope sealed from qualitygenerics. Hope for babies for all of you.

Lauren..awesome...my fingers are crossed for you...I will buy it from you if mine doesn't come for sure...I found out today they sent it back to the UK because of an incomplete address...so I'm waiting to see if it goes back to sender...and if the girl will give me my $ back...

Well, I have some bad news. I'm in the process of having a miscarriage. I've never had a m/c before, and so I'm still in shock. I'm not sure if it's due to the clomid or not. Maybe I had two many babies in there...I'll never know. Good luck to everyone else. Hugs...Julie
