Afm, I got my iui yesterda morning. It went quickly and smoothly, however they said my dh had 24% motility. I've been looking it up and it says our chances are really slim for it to be a success. In december he had a s____n a___lysis and it was at 70%. I don't understand the sudden drop. I know it only takes one, but the next 2 weeks are going to be really long and horrible.

Navis- I would start checking today.. You can buy those cheaper tests and you get like 30 of them in a bottle, those help with the long cycles.. Little harder to read though, but more affordable. Good luck!

Hopeful- I'm glad it worked out I hope you get your bfp this month I know that waether changes have a lot to do with the count and too much s_x my dr told me we wernt getting pregnant cause we were having it to often and think even with that it doesn't have to travel very far since they put it where it needs to be gl!

Tricky, thank you. I'm doing ok, have a migrane but too scared to tae anything for it just in case. I can't wait to hear what you're having, praying for it to be a healthy little girl : )
Momof6boys, thanks for the encouragement. I didn't think of it that way. How oftn did your doc. Tell you to bd? We were told every other day...but for the iui we abstained for 4 days. Do you think it could have been because we had to bring it from home...and it was pretty cold outside in the morning yesterday...then they wouldn't take the sperm from us untill we filled out like 15 pages of nonsense...so it was about an hour if not more that my dh produced the sample befre they even washed it.

Hopeful we were told everyother day also you would think they would have him produce his sample while at the office I know that sperm is weak and so many things can hurt it they should have sent the paperwork home with you, I hope this is your month yous drs are really p__sing me off lol last time when he had the 77% was that a sample from home too?

Hopeful- That is crazy, usually they have to do everything within an hour of collecting the sperm..! Hopefully they are not messing up stuff! Good luck girl! Thank You, I really am hoping for a girl too! I will def let you all know when and if I can find out!

Hopeful- I could see it being that reason as well! I think now a days that many doctors are just money hungry and don't care about the patients.. I would consider looking into that other doctor if this doesn't work out for you!

Tricky, at this point I am convinced that it is. Their clinic really gets on my nerves. My only concern is if I switch doctors now ill probably have to wait another month for a consultation and then again I'm wasting time. I don't want to take any more months off without medicine. We are probably going to give him one more cycle and will demand that my dh produces his sample in the clinic. If they give me problems, I'm going to the other doc.

Thanks Trickyl..it went very well!!! They said the clomid worked...2 large folicles on my right side amd 2 small ones on my left. I have to go back on Thurs for a hcg injection. Has anyone had the injection also? BTW...im sorry that I dont know all of the abbreviations yet. Im working on it. TAKE CARE
