Anne-Thats a long time!!! I feel bad for complaining about having to wait 37 days for my pd to start so i could have started my first month on clomid. I'm on my first month now day 21. I hope that im pregnant but trying not to be too excited! Good Luck to you!

HI Everyone, I have been on clomid for 3 months. I took 50 mg for 2 months and now this month I am taking 100mg. I have had 2 miscarriage one in May 05, and the other one in Nov 04. What are my chance of getting pregnant this month??

Hi everyone, How do you all handle trying not to stress out knowing that you are trying to conceive a baby? I know that stress is a factor in this process, So how do you get your minds off of the whole baby thing long enough to care for yourself while trying for the little ones?? Thanks in advance for you responses.

Tina, I am the Queen of Stress & Worry. After both seeing a psychiatrist and taking an antidepressant, what I find works best are my exercise bike and working puzzles. On the bike, I ride away my frustrations and worry. The puzzles force me to concentrate, so I can't think (dwell?) on anything else. Just a couple of ideas...I know it is hard. I have taken the month off from Clomid. My doctor agreed it was the best thing for me. Good luck and keep us posted on how you are doing/feeling.

Thanks Beth for your response. I have been going walking in the mornings and the evenings with my mother in law so that maybe that would help. So I hope that this will help in keeping this subject away from my mind. Of course I just started on the meds. I am having to take Provera first because of PCOS making my period stop and then I will start the Clomid....So were you successful at all with the Clomid?? Thanks again.

ann - did you ask your dr. about provera to start your period? Tina - i have been doing my stairmaster and listening to music. it seems to be helping. wish me luck - i have my hsg test tomorrow. went today to have my cervix dialated, not fun girls. i also have a narrow cervix along with everything else and had to get it dialated for the procedure. for those who the clomid doesn't seem to be working or raising your temp., you may want to ask about doing day 3 fsh, LT and estrogen tests - it could be those hormones and if is then clomic won't work.

Tina, No, Clomid has not yet worked for my husband and me. The more months that tick by, the harder it is, but I am still optimistic!

Should I be feeling something by now?

Hi ladies. Just catchin up..I had a HSG test done yesterday. Doc said my tubes were clear, the dye went right through. I am just finishing my 3rd round of clomid today(50mg) so we'll see what happens. The procedure was very painful for me. Thankful my DH was there to hold my hand! It did only take about 3 minutes or so. Good luck ladies!
