Blake has no teeth still, but I think he has been teething for a few weeks. He has been chomping down on my nipple lately and it hurts like heck! I am not really sure how I should react? Any advice? I am thinking I should just react naturally and exclaim "OUCH!" but I don't want to scare him away from nursing and wean. I was hoping to br___tfeed a year. But I can't take many more days of this. My nipples are bruised.

All mothers go though the same thing. All a oerson can do is look at your baby and say no firmly. The baby will likely cry, procedd to say it hurt Mommy please don't bite or I will have to take you off the b___b or nor nurse you. This is only a scare tactic to make your child realize not to bite. You will have to do this over and over again until the child stopps biting,it will not take longfor them to understand. I had to do this with both my boys who b___stfeed. My youngest son still feed 3 years later.Let me know how it goes it you have any problems.
