Aspirin Has Anyone Tried It

Hi everyone,
I have been reading on the internet this morning about a lot of people TTC having success with low-dose aspirin (or 'baby aspirin'). This can apparently increase blood flow to ovaries and make the uterus lining more 'lush' s the egg implants more easily. Has anyone tried it and did it work?
(I've been TTC for 3 months since my 1st m/c at 6 wks in March).

It's a blood thinner that improves circulation, but I have never heard this story before. It is not beyond the realm of possibility. I have heard of it being used for birth control, if held tightly between the knees - lol.
