Is This Ovulation Pain I M Having

Hello ladies, I am on day 14 of my cycle and it is also my first time taking clomid. My opk shows up negative but I am having this stabbing pain on my lower right side just near my hip bone. It just started today and the pain comes and goes. Is this ovulation pain?if so then why does the opk show as me being negative? I am also having excruciating migraines.
