Pregnancy Info HOME

I had an US done today and the lady asked if I was trying to get pregnant I responded yes me me and my Fiance have been trying for about 7 months now, well she told me I had large folicles in my ovaries, and it wasn't anything to worry about, she asked if I had been taking fertility medicine and I told her no..she asked because of the folicles, I should have ovulated or be ovulating any time now, do those folicles mean I've already ovulated or I'm about to? she said everything looked great and I had no cysts and if I was pregnant it would be way to early to tell but she didn't go much into detail, if somebody could please explain I'd greatly appreciate it :)
