CONSTIPATION WILL CAUSE ABDOMEN PAIN, MAY SECOND PREGNANCY I GOT SERVE CRAMPING IN THE ABDOMEN AREA FROM CONSTIPATION. WALKING REALLY HELPS FIRST YOU ARE CONSISTANT AND ALSO INCREASING YOUR FIBER-DAIRY PRODUCTS SEEMS TO BE ONE OF THE CAUSES OF CONSTIPATION SO TAKE CALICUM SUPPLEMENTS AND DRINK ALOT ALOT OF WATER TO HELP FLUSH IT OUT. GOOD LUCK AND HANG IN THERE....

This can also be your abdomen muscles stretching. This is normal late in the first trimester and in the second trimester. As long as you aren't spotting, or bleeding there isn't any reason to be concerned. The constipation shouldn't be as bad in the second trimester but you can expect it again in the third trimester when the baby starts to get bigger and applies pressure to all of your internal organs.
