First Morning Sickness Please Help

This morning i woke up sick and my stomac hurt very bad. I felt like throwing up but i actually have only thrown up once in my life. I just get really bad diareah instead of throwing up. Could this mean that i went thru some morning sickness this morning? PLEASE HELP I WANT TO KNOW!
