My 9 month old just started to screech while he is playing. Even when I go to the malls he screeches in the stroller. I make sure he is fed, changed, I give him toys and I play with him but he still screeches and babbles mama/dada/lala while playing. How or when will he stop this ear piercing screeching?

My 4 month old does it too...I think she just likes the sound of her own voice.

Yours just started?? Lucky girl! My son started at the age of 5 months. He sounded reminiscent of a caged monkey!! I had to put cotton in my ears a couple times. It was overbearing for me. I got tired of saying no. It went unnoticed.
