Dumb Frozen Dinner Question

soon I'm not going to have time to cook nightly dinner. So when ou prepare something in a casserole dish and freeze it for a few days do you cook it before you freeze it or after?

Hi Kw, you will want to cook it before you freeze it. That way, you only have to warm it up in the oven or stick it in the microwave when you only have a little time.

There is a cooking magazine that's really helpful. It is called Quick Cooking. It tells you what type of recipies freeze well along with other quick meal ideas.

Believe me, there is no such thing as a silly question, ecspecially when you are pregnant or have a newborn. There is so much to think about and plan for that even the smallest thing can seem huge! :-)
