OK, my daughter is 16 months old and I just started to notice the clicking sound (about 2-3 weeks ago) when I pick her up or move her a certain way...it doesn't appear to bother her, but she is delayed in the gross motor area and I wonder if this is the reason why. She never crawled, rolled over or pulled up - she b___t scooches very well and can get around very fast that way (but she didn't start that until 12 mos, when most babies are walking); she can walk very well while holding our hands, but not independently. We just had her evaluated a 2nd time and they said that she was born w/ low muscle tone in her torso and mouth (she's resisting a lot of grown up foods; probably too hard for her to chew). We will start Physical Therapy in a few weeks to hopefully catch her up, but now I worry that there's something more to this clicking sound. We meet w/ her Ped. next week think I'll bring up the ortho doc. Signed, worried Mom
