Thanks,.. Chelsey if everything goes ok they will do the surgery with a scope and I 'll be back home the same day.If my gallbladder affected my liver or if the stones shiffted they will have to do open surgery and i'll have to stay the night. So hopefully they can just do the scope thing b/c i hate hospitals.Recovery will be just a couple days,at least within the week i should be able to get back to normal.Eating wise it will take a little longer before i can eat everything again.Jesse is being EXTREMELY fussy,i just don't know what to do.He does not want to sleep,he can be somewhere for 15 min and then gets bored and starts throwing a fit.I am even just letting him throw a fit for a little while before picking him up.Any idea what this is?......maybe an other growt spurt?? He will be 15 weeks tomorrow.

Teeth? Gabriel is getting fussier a lot more lately too! And you wouldn't believe the amounts of drool spilling from his mouth! I'm thinking he'll be getting his teeth soon. Maybe Jesse will be getting some too? Or, maybe he is just bored! Is he interested in toys and stuff? How is his "wee-wee"? Hope that it is all cleared up! My husband had surgery on his knee in the spring, with a scope. It was day surgery, and he was home within a couple of hours after the surgery. I know what you mean about hating hospitals...... they creep me out!

Hope everything goes well . One thing to buy for the hospital is apple cider vinigar to mix hald vinigar and half water to gargle with when you have phlem in your throut from surgery. There is nothing worse then coughing when you just had surgery. ......As for Jessie maybe baby tynlenol cause he might be teething.

Thanks, ....BBK i know everything will be ok,but I am still nerveus though,my last surgery with the C-section was not really a breeze, epidural went wrong and i felt everything, this just gives me the creeps.Jesse wise,he just started drooling ,not running a fever,he is eatingA LOT,he had in 6 hours 19 0z of formula,he is bored with ALL his toys, his brandnew ocean wonders cradle swing, bounce chair, baby gym, kick n' play piano,i just bought that one on thursday,I play with him, talk to him,he laughs and coos and then throws a fit...???? His "wee-wee" is all back to normal so thats not it either, he want s to eat all the time but thats not goood either, i offered him 2 different pacifiers, theeting ring but he don't care for those either,He is really getting frustrated with his hands and sucks onthem all the time....and he is very vocal, and the other day he was on the quiltunder his babygym and he discovered by lifting his b___t he could wonder all over the place,he got 2 feet away from his playarea (under my supervision of course) and he was vocal doingthat,i think he was telling my dogs and cats of b/c all of them moved from the livingroom (where he was) to the diningroom LOL

Shelly, I know surgery is scary, but you'll feel better. Hopefully it won't be as complicated this time around. Hang in there and I wish you a speedy recovery! Jesse maybe teething....already? Anna has been doing similar things, drooling, biting her hands; she even grabs our fingers and tries to bite them. She tries to eat the baby bjorn padding too, even her stroller's footmuff. She also started to want to get up from her bouncy chair, her stroller and even swing. When I'm about to pick her up she puts her arms up too! She's showing a strong desire to move about. She also "talks" to the dogs and smiles at them.

Hi Shelly!!!! Sending all my positive energy and good thoughts your way from Europe!! Good luck tomorrow, will you be in the hospital long?

Shelly - November 14

BBK, all that is so similar to what Jesse is doing,so what are you and Lisa doing about it??? I know you don't like baby oragel, but what about tylenol?? Iam just back from wal-mart and bought different types ofpacifiers and teething rings since he is not taking what i have at home,i can not feed him continously,he will get fat,but yet needs to suck on something,he already has a blister on one finger, poor little thing,he willbe 15 weeks tomorrow,if i have to can i give him baby oragel?? He will be 15 weeks tomorrow and the package says 4 months and up!!! CEM< and everybody else thanks forkeeping me in mind,if i feel up to it i will let you guys know tomorrow how it went!!!

CEM - November 14

We're just wiping her face and we got this cream for rash. Problem with orajel (besides steering my daughter to the glamorous world of modeling where cocaine, grey goose, and Marlboro reds are part of the daily diet), is that it's a very temporary relief it provides. Recently she began to like that water filled teething ring that we put in the refrigerator. She can only hold it part time though :-)

Thanks for asking I am doing nothing for teething now since my youngest is three lol, but this is what I did in the past. Bought some hylands teething tablets and used them, since you probably don't have any on hand, give Jessie his usual dose of tylenol to take the pain away. Maybe he isn't bored with his toys just in pain from teething, the pain I am sure comes and goes thoughout the day and gets worse at nighttime due to lying down for some kids. Gave teething toys too.

I called the nurse and she thinks he is to young to be theething and thinks is colick,i KNOW its not colick so she made me an appointment for tomorrow afternoon, its around the block from where i'm having my surgery,so mymom will take him,so we will see,i did gave him tylenol and out of all the stuff i bought him today he seems to like the soothie pacifier,Chelsey mentioned that one in an other post, and its shaped like the nipple from his bottle, now he is a sleep in my arm.

Too young to be actually teething yes; but A. It has happened to others and B. It can be a long process between the itchy gums and the first tooth.
