I'm only 29 weeks and 3 days, my baby has dropped overnight should I be worried about going into labor soon?

I am also 29 weeks and I have felt that the baby was much lower, and my heartburn suddenly improved. But that was a week ago and I haven't noticed anything else except that the movements have let up a bit. Perhaps they moved into the head down position? I wouldn't worry about labor unless you are having contractions, though.

thank you for your reply, I was worried because I stand for 8 hours as a cashier and thought that had something to do with it

Most babies drop between 34 and 36 weeks. I think this is a little early. I would put a call in to your Dr. just to be safe.
