I am 4cm 60%enffaced,Can you still go to 40 weeks this way? I am 38 weeks!

Yes, you can still go to 40 weeks. Dilitation doesn't mean much until you are actually in labor. It does mean that you have that much less work to do when it does happen, so you might have a short labor. But 38 weeks is a perfectly normal time to go into labor as well, so don't plan on 40, that's just an average!

Unfortunately us pregos can walk around with the baby about to drop out for weeks w/o anything happening. But you're on your way it seems! Good luck!
