Dialated Almost At A 2 And 50 Effaced

just left doctor told him i had mucousy discharge he said it was because i was begingng to dialate. i am due in 3 weeks and he said i was at a 1 almost 2 dialated and 50% effaced!? do you think she is going to go to the bitter end in 3 weeks or i will have her earlier? I get alot of tighning and contractions just not constant!? i also get alot of cramps mailnly in my back and then into my pelvic and sometimes legs. and pinching feelings in my va___a? just want some peoples opinion! thank you?????? how much longer do you think i have?
