Good Morning. I am 39 weeks and I had my first Internal yesterday (which I have been bleeding since) she told me that I am 2 cm but pretty much fully thinned. I had steady contractions yesterday and was able to time them. I went to sleep last night and was expecting to go into labor but I slept through the night. I am up walking around and still haven't had any contractions again. Although I stood up this morning and fluid started coming out but it was still tinged with blood. Not sure what to think. I did take a bath late last night and I am not sure If I stopped labor that way. Should I count on effacement more than dialation? Thank you
