Hey.. Im having lots and lots of pain in my spine.. and my hole lower back and tighten feeling in my belly about every 10 mins.. is this real labour?? I also just went to the washroom and had some blood when I went pee anyone esle had bad spine pain and then found out it was real labour.. once again Im feeling it about every 12 and 10 mins. Im 37 weeks

call your doctor/midwife imediently blood and pain are not good!

is ikt painful when you get the tightenings, if they feel like period pains then i wud phone the hospital, you will know when your in labour trust me:)

like they said i would call your doc cause blood could be from your mucus plug and then it might not be depending on how much it was and i had back labor with my first and i dont every remember them subsiding but with me being pregnant again my memory isnt the best and it hurt really bad so that could be part of it too and like i was told its better to be safe then sorry cause i've went to the hospital like once a week for the past month cause i thought that i was leaking and they kept telling me i wasnt but it was still a lot coming out so i finially go again yesterday and they made me feel better that it wasnt just all in my head that it was just the good bacteria that keeps you from getting yeast infections that was causing all this fluid so i feel better now knowing what it is and not that im just crazy

Call you dr immediatly and get to the hospital. Even if it isnt labor cramping and bleeding need to be checked put, but it sounds like the real thing to me.

go to the hospital i'm 37 wks and my doctor told me any bleeding go to the hospital
