Labor Pains Or False Labor

This is my second baby but the first I was induced, I have been having contractions that feels like I'm in the second stage of labor (strength wise), but they only come once every few hrs... is this just bh contractions/false labor?

how far along are you? it could be early labor (8-9 hours of crampy feelings before the real contractions start) or yeah probably just BH contractions. labor pains, will come at even intervals, if you are in real labor you wont even need to ask, you'll know.

I'm 36 weeks ... but I have alot of preterm labor. It feels like a real contraction I'm just a little thrown off that its only one or two every 6 to 8 hrs. I have been having cramps and loose bm (Sorry TMI) for the last 24 hrs. having alot of BH contractions too.
