ok to everyone who disagrees with the use of castor oil....its not your disistion wiether people take castor oil. its perfectly safe to use...BUT DONT TAKE TO MUCH 3 teaspoons worked for me...but i was also 40 and 3. 50% effaced and 3 cm. i had my membranes strip like twice. so if you disagree with it thats fine but if people want to do it let them and if they already did it its ok
