hi, i am 31 weeks pregnant. went to the doctor today, i was 60% effaced but have not dialated at all yet. baby's head is already in pelvis area and doc says baby will be premature. does anybody know how much longer it could be before i go into labor? thanks

According to the books and info I have received, depending on how fast you progress it could be up to 3 weeks away. But I think that date is from the end of effacement not 60% so perhaps longer. Good luck.
