I am 80% effaced....will labor be starting soon?

I have been 70% effaced for like 3 maybe even 4 wks now... and for 2 wks I have been 2 1/2 to 3 cm dialated as well... and I am still pregnant.. I have 2 wks to go till my due date, so I would say that it is iffy when u will go looking at my situation...??
