im 38 weeks and 3 days i lost my mucus plug yesterday im 100% efaced and 1 cm dilated.. ever since i lost my mucus plug yesterday ive been feeling finnaly barley any contractions but my lower back is hurting .. is labor soon for me?

It could be the starting of labour...and I hope for your sake it is not, because back labour is the most painful labour ever! It could just be the baby moving down lower and sitting on a nerve to make your back hurt alittle. Its one big guessing game.

You lost your mucas plug, your 100% effaced, 1 cm dilated and your 38 and a half weeks, yes labour will be soon. It may still be another week or so, but it's comming. You are at the point where your body is preparing to push that baby out.

I've heard the thinning of the cervix is more important than dialation. So at 100% and back pain I would say soon.
