hello Brianna, I just wanted to tell you that every one has different pain levels in labor. I have 8 kids and all my labors went really good and fast, so I wasnt in alot of pain. but when you do go in to labor and the contractions start to come on and you can feel the pain what I would always do is put my hands on the back of the bed and rock my body and I did that with 2 of my girls and all the rest of them game way to fast. so maybe every thing will work out and go real fast. best of luck
