Please Help Almost 38wks Cramping

i have been cramping almost like starting your period for about 6hrs now. mild to moderate. i don't want to go to emergency room so i am holding out until i can get ahold of my doctor's office later this morning. Has anyone experienced this? I also have alot of pressure down low especially when i stand up?

I am experiencing the same thing! I am 36 wks and 2cm dialated/70%effaced. I couldnt sleep at all last night bc I was minor cramping, and ddint wanna go tot he hospital if it wasnt anything, so I didnt? But today they seem to go away but I think Im pa__sing my mucus plug? But if u find something out let me know!

MINE TURNED OUT TO BE FALSE LABOR. I AM STILL COMPLETELY CLOSED. BUT GOOD LUCK TO YOU IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR BABY IS ON THE WAY.
