ive been told raspberry yea can induce labor, does any1 know how true this is ??

from what i have read it wont help induce or start labor unless ofcourse you are ready. it is suppose to help get things moving though and make labor alittle easier.

No raspberry leaf tea does not induce labor, it helps to ripen your cervix and prepare your uterus (make stronger) for delivery. Some wome drink the tea early in there pregnancy when there is an increased chance of losing the baby, because it helps strengthen the uterus. So drink the tea when labor does come your uterus will be stronger for it and they say labor is much easier and shorter. Good luck
