im 90% thinned out, 2cm dilated, and im at almost 39 weeks that doctor keeps saying any day now but it doesn't feel like it. this is my first child and im getting a little frustrated, does anyone know what i can do to help start labor??

Besides the typical things that everyone mentions, like long walks, or s_x? Sorry i don't know of any good secerets. Even though i have a little longer to go i still come here and look so that when the time comes i might be able to jump start labor but all i see is the same suggestions over and over. Some women swear by them while others claim they don't do a darn thing. I think it depends on how ready your baby is. Good luck to you, it does sound though like it will happen very soon.
