Bactrim Anyone Have To Take It While Pregnant

I just got a call from my dr's office today saying that one of the routine tests they took at my last appt (I'm 13 weeks) turned up negative for a bacterial infection and I had to go on Bactrim. So, I was wondering if anyone else had to take Bactrim while pregnant. Supposedly, it's a FDA Pregnancy Cat C drug which means they don't know whether or not it has any effects on an unborn baby.
